do you have to wear a condom if you want to be given head at the age of 14?

No. Unless you have an STD, crabs, or something like that, then yes you should wear a condom.

I don't smoke, I just want to know.

I hear all sorts of rumors, such as:
- It makes you stupid
- It damages brain cells
- It contains the same carcinogens as cigarettes

Are any of these true? Are there any other physiological / psychological effects?

- It's not addictive because it does not contain nicotine.

- It does not make people "stupid" unless they fake their behavior and smoke way too much.

- It's not really unhealthy because it is a natural plant. However, it's unhealthy if the weed is laced with a different drug.

- There are really no psychological effects. The high lasts for a few hours and it does not stop people from doing their daily tasks.

The solution to your acne problem would be to get it treated. Try Neutrogena Acne Face Wash or ask your parents to order you Proactiv.

Being popular is nothing special, but I'm assuming you are in middle school when most kids find it to be a big standard. Being popular is when you are friends with everyone and you are known for your personality, in a good way. Treat everyone nicely and you'll get the same treatment in return. Popular people are confident people.

I have my doubts but I think there is a chance that I am currently pregnant for about couple of weeks. I heard that there is a pill you can take that could kill the baby before it develops and I wouldn't be needing a whole operation of aboration.. The way you speak of your unborn baby truly disgusts me. If you are not ready for a child, that is understandable and most women get an abortion. However, there is no "pill" that magically makes someone not be pregnant anymore.

Please don't say pathetic things like "How can I kill my baby?" Next time, wear a condom when you have sex. Some mothers would do anything to have a child and never have the opportunity to.

i really want a cell phone and im 13 but my parents keep sayng no because its too much money i told them i dont care if it was those phones where you dont have to pay alot but they still said no and everyone in school thinks its weird to not have a cell phone please help me or free cell phone stuff

You can get a cell phone for free, but the monthly bill is not free. If your parents said no, you have to respect their decision. You're only 13 years old so I doubt you really understand the value of money. It's not cheap. When you get a little older, I'm sure your parents will get you a cell phone, don't worry. If they say they can't afford it right now, don't be pushy about it. If other kids in school think it's weird, so what? I doubt every kid in your class has a cell phone.

I'm pale too but I embrace it :D Never wear dark make up or color your hair too black. I don't wear too much make up but I just wear a little blush or bronzer on the cheeks, mascara and a little eye liner. Go subtle with the eye shadow.

& always wear color on your lips :) I love wearing red or a pinkish tone.

I'm a 21 year old girl and i've never given a hj or done oral. I've hooked up with guys, but it's always them who get touchy feely and i never return the favor because i have ZERO clue what to do. I'm not a guy answering your question, but I'll help you :) A guy will not give you a weird look as long as you're touching his penis.. don't worry about that. At some point, every girl did it for the FIRST time so we all know what you're experiencing. There really isn't a right or wrong way to do it.. you just kind of go with the flow and do it. You will be able to tell from the guys expression on how well you're doing. Even if you don't know what you're doing, pretend that you do. The best thing you can do is watch some porn :) You'll be able to visualize what you're supposed to do and it'll help you out.

So if you haven't read my last post, I am dating a really nice guy. We've spoken on Facebook and we have mutual friends, but we barely knew each other until Saturday. I spent the whole day with him. I really am beginning to like him. He's very smart, funny, and quirky. I feel really happy around him. Not to be mean, but you need to back off a little. Some guys are very shy and completely opposite when it comes to talking to a girl. Girls tend to be a little pushy when they like a guy, and to be honest.. that can be annoying! He might want to take things slow and not rush anything, so don't assume that he might not like you. If he didn't show up to the park, ask him what happened but don't be pushy about it or it'll turn him off. But, if he keeps ignoring and avoiding you.. he probably doesn't like you but doesn't want to let you down.

Okay so I met this very cute and nice guy at my brothers wrestling ternement like three weeks ago (we knew eachother befor but really never hanged out) and we been hanging out when I see him,but now I can't see him nomore since my brothers wrestling is over. You need to find a way to reach him. Get his number from your brother and text him. Or, if he has Facebook, Twitter, MySpace, etc. look for him. Just start off a conversation and ask him how he's been and what he has been up to. You never know, he might like you too :)
