i really want a cell phone and im 13 but my parents keep sayng no because its too much money i told them i dont care if it was those phones where you dont have to pay alot but they still said no and everyone in school thinks its weird to not have a cell phone please help me or free cell phone stuff

im 13 and i have a BLACKBERRY pearl.I got it from saving my money and giving it to my dad to keep it for me and now my reward is a black berry pearl.(which i didnt save enough money for).
My dad saw how hard i wanted it gave me some of the money and told to work hard and at the end of the school term if i have 60%(and over) overall percent then i can have a phone.
Why dont you save your money and mak a deal with your mom and dad like i did?

You can get a cell phone for free, but the monthly bill is not free. If your parents said no, you have to respect their decision. You're only 13 years old so I doubt you really understand the value of money. It's not cheap. When you get a little older, I'm sure your parents will get you a cell phone, don't worry. If they say they can't afford it right now, don't be pushy about it. If other kids in school think it's weird, so what? I doubt every kid in your class has a cell phone.
