Hiya! My name is Chi-Chi, and I'm really easy and good at talking to and making new friends. School means everythig to me because I hope to make it BIG! This isn't at all slutty. I mean, the dress is kinda short, but there's long socks, which makes the whole outfit even more adorable :)
For homecoming dance (this saturday) I got a really nice dress. the only problem is that it falls three inches past my feet. My mom says if i dont figure out how to shorten it or grow anoter few inches before saturday, she'll let my sister wear the dress instead because she wants to wear it now. Which isnt really fair since i was the one who found.
But anyway, is there anyway to shorten the dress by a few inches? I really need to know before saturday. please help!!
Your best bet would probably be to go to a tailor and have them shorten the dress, or you could hem it to a shorter length yourself. I hope I helped!

Hi,
I recently bought some clothes from the Hollister at my mall. I am a 17 year old boy and think the clothes are nice.
When I got home and showed my 13 year old brother the clothes I got (a polo and a sweatshirt) he started screaming at me and said that only posers and gays were Hollister.
I know quite a few people don't like Hollister and quite a few people do.
I am wondering what people think of boys who wear Hollister?
Guys who wear Hollister are HOTT! Well, most or half at least. Not everyone likes every store. For instance, some people can't stand Hollister and some people dislike PacSun, even though I think those are two good stores. The point is that not everyone will like where you shop or what you wear, but you have just got to learn how to deal with it because the only person you should be pleasing is yourself. Ok I'm going into Highschool and the highschool im going into says that if you do a sport than you don't have to take gym. So I have the choice of track. And i really want to start running on track but im afraid of what rumors i heard like "running is bad for dancers ( i take dance every week. and i've been dancing like forever and i don't want to give it up.)

Those rumors most likely aren't true because running tones your legs and gets them into shape, which is really good for dancing. I highly doubt track will negatively affect your dancing. Don't listen to the rumors, and just do you. I hope I helped!

I definitely think that you should try out. I mean, you have tons of experience which will really benefit you. Yeah, your nervous about tryouts, I get that feeling sometimes, but I've realized if I don't suck it up and tryout I'll just regret it in the lond run. It will be totally awesome if you make the team because you're a great asset to them, but if you don't you don't have to worry because this gives you even more time to prepare for next year, and you will be even better. No matter what, practice, practice, PRACTICE, because even though it may sound cliche, practice makes perfect! Try out. I think that if dancing is your talent and you are dedicated and want to be on the team, then you should go for it, because you will regret it if you don't. You should go into tryouts with your head up knowing that you're a well-skilled and very good dancer, because when you have the right confidence, you're all set to do well, but if you're too nervouse it will show. Think positive thoughts, and maybe do something to calm you down before tryouts to relieve your nerves...like maybe listening to a song that you like and that will get you pumped and energized. I like fashion design but I don't know how to make my own clothing...I searched many sites on the google search engine.but nvr found anything.I was just wondering if there (is)are any site(s) that will show me the basics on how to make clothing on your own.and the measurements to be taken.
