Well, it's not really "cute", but it's not slutty either. But that's probably why the costumes entitled "sexy" instead, haha.
I don't think it's slutty at all. I mean, I do find the bottom of the dress a little bit short, but I mean you are wearing long socks so it's covering most of yourself up and looking cute at the same time.
I say wear it.

It's not exactly meant to be a 'cute' costume, explaining part of the title, 'sexy'. Haha, but it all depends how you ACT in the costume. Don't walk around hanging all over guys, or trying to show yourself off in a short skirt,andyou'll come off as just wearing a pretty CUTE costume. =D
