I buy some of my flip flops from old navy for like 2 pairs for $5 and one for $3.50 (I think) and they have a big variey of colors and they're really cute. Here's the site:

uhm ;; try old navy, tj maxx, gabriel brothers, aj wright, or try a second-hand store [they sell like abercrombie flip flops for cheap] such as plato's closet, snooty fox, or sequals.. i always check the mall for sales. haha. they should start selling the flip flops from macy's and everywhere cheaper now.

Old Navy would be my top reccomendation for you! Their flip flops come in almost any color, which I personally love because I always like to match my shoes with my outfit. I'm pretty sure they are two for $5. Hope I helped =)
