Hey, I just read your advice, and I was wanting to know when you get your braces off how many retainers do you get?? I know that you get one for the top and one for the bottom, but I thought there was an extra one!! My orthodontist said that I am down to 3 months left of braces, but he said if I keep this up what I am doing it might be sooner. I really need some advice!

ok so i have only had expanders and that was until they broke but my sister had braces for like 2 years and then she had a clear mold of her teeth for like a year and now her teeth look good so i hope that helped even if it was to late

If you like him maybe you should flirt with him too. Maybe hang out with him and his friends(I also think bring some of your friends that know you like him)and get to know him better because if your friends with him you wont act so aqward around him. But don't get to close because if you get into a relationship with someone that close it could ruin your friendship after you brake up.

If you do not like him anymore then maybe it isnt a good idea to be going out with him. Maybe one day talk to him by himself and tell him that you just want to be friends and not a couple.

do you have any good friends that know that you like him?
If you do get one of them to simply ask him weather or not he likes you. If he sais he does but he doesn't want to go out with you then wait a bit and ask him another time if he does. If he does like you and does want to go out with you get your friend(s) to tell him to ask you out.(he will take his sweet time for that)If he sais he doesn't you dont have to get embaressed by asking him out.

Ok so everything was going well with me and my boyfriend. But then out of the blue he said it was over. I was so sad. He didn't even want to give me a reason. I am so depressed. We were together for 10 months. I really don't know what went wrong. Well anyway I need help to make him feel bad. I don't go to his same school. So that's a problem. this is crazy i had the exact same problem but my sister and all of her friends who are good with me got mad at him then one day he came to my school and he was with some of my friends so i gave one of them a hug but i also had my boyfriend there with me so i think he got geleous. But then i got his msn and i havent talked to him yet but i will soon. If he has msn maybe u can get it and talk to him and maybe if he doesnt have feelings for you any more then just be friends and maybe you will get closer to him more and more.

17/m I liked this girl for really long (several years) and just recently I admited my feelings for her (card on christmas gift). But she pretty much said no.It was quite annoying cuz she said she liked me earlier on, and then decided that it wouldnt work because we are too good of friends. now i have been trying to put her in a friend zone of my brain as opposed to where she is now. and seeing her....does not help at all. we went to the movies with friends and the entire time she was laughing and whispering with my other guy friend, who i think also likes her and it bothered me throughout the entire movie. my friend who sat next to me told me that it was pretty obvious to her why i was fidgeting so much. i need advice on how to move on from this crush, it's so hard! please help! I just got my braces off and i have a retainer now. My orthodontist told me to wear it all the time except when im eating or brushing my teeth but i was just wondering, if i go like 4 hours without wearing it everyday, will my teeth actually shift? how many of you (with experience with retainers of course)actually wore ur retainer ALL the time?
