In school I sit next to this boy and he flirts with me all the time (and everyone says he likes me) and I never know how to act around him because I really like him too and I don't want him to think I don't like him because I act akward what do I do?
jenniferp answered Wednesday March 28 2007, 4:10 pm: the best i can tell u is to ask him out and tell him why you've been so weird i think you like him and he likes you to yall are just afraid to ask each other out so be the first one to step up
LagunaBabe answered Wednesday March 28 2007, 12:36 pm: Your best bet right now is subtle flirting. Be sure to talk to him on a daily basis, and maybe, even ask him to hang out with you sometime.
blair_ok answered Wednesday March 28 2007, 11:34 am: What you should do is tell him that you like him but don't just walk up and say "I like you because that will make you sound stupid. If he likes you then he likes you, if he doen't then he doen't. That's just how the world turns.
Igotamonopoly answered Wednesday March 28 2007, 9:36 am: Don't act.
I was just talking to a boy and he told me that he liked this other girl. He asked if I liked her (if I would "recommend her," per se), and I told him," Well, it could be that the two of us have grown apart. I am different mainly in that popularity and being seen with the right people aren't my priorities in life."
He said, and I quote, "Oh. That's not good. :/. Lol, but that doesn't matter at least to me. :) You're nice and a sweetheart and easy to talk to and that's all that matters."

After a day of heavy flirting or whatever, maybe ask him if he'd like to continue with you outside of school. Be it a movie, coffee, whatever. It would probably be less awkward if you two are alone together. Then you can just be yourselves! [ chuckweed007's advice column | Ask chuckweed007 A Question ]
