When someone tells you that they believe that you're their soul mate, what does it mean?

a soulmate is someone you could see yourself happily spending the rest of your life with. Otherwise known as "the one" or your "one true love" Basically it means that out of 6 billion people on the planet, they would be better off with one specific person, that being their soulmate.
