i have a dell laptop--the latitude d610. and the "a" key fell of and i cant get it back on and my shift key fell off. does any one know how to get them back on?? also...i losttt part of the shift key (the little green springy thing)

WHAT SHOULD I DO???

Order a new keyboard from Dell. It may cost but it's still worth it.

Well the same thing happened to my dad's and the surrounding keys stoped working, for us we never found anything that we could do, so we had to buy another one :( there may be some way, but we deffinatly couldn't find one. Sorry but i hope that i helped

I think you should definatley bring the computer back to the store you bought it from. Not to return it, but they can probobly fix it for free. It isn't your fault that the keys are popping off! Just let them know you lost the green spring, and I'm sure they can order peices like that from the company. Hope I helped =)
