Hmm well.. I'm in highschool and so is this guy. He looks good & okay we don't talk really but every time i see him we do the eye things, just like the other day i was walking he was lookin straight at my eyes n i was lookin back in his.. it was from accross the hall wen i was about to leave & so we followed eachothers eyes, me looking back and him lookin back at me.. ok so,i play like every sport there is except rugby and football...cuz im a girl...all my friends say that im amazimg cuz when i get home from school iu do my homework get online then sports the rest of the night..but sometimes i goto basketball then to soccer then to lacrosse then to swimming. everyone says that i should quiet mayb 3 sports and only havge like 3 sports to do...should i quit? but i always have time for them...i rate REALLY high..*but it has to be good please!) There's this friend I have and her name is Kellen. She's really sweet, quiet, a good friend, and she's 15. And she has this boyfriend who is 18 and his name is Nick. He's fun, loud, and likes to mess around with everybody while Kellen is usually the girl in the back (I mean the girl who doesn't say anything unless she definetley has to answer). And last Sunday, Kellen, Nick, and I were hanging out at the mall. Kellen went to get ice cream for all of us and I stayed with Nick at the table. And Nick said "Well, you're getting more and more beautiful day by day. One of these days you'll be mine." I didn't say anything because I was embarrassed (and because I'm only 14). k . well i'm 14 and i weigh about 145lbs .. well it hink that's a lot but no1 believes i way that b.c i mean i'm not skinny but i don't look almost 150lbs .. well i play soccer, bball, tennis/track and so i have muscle especially w. soccer - but i feel fat and i was wondering if i run like for 20mins on my tredmill 3times a week .. if i'll start loosing weight er at lest tone up - i'm very self-concious and i wanna get down to like 120lbs ..please help - i'll rate =)

if you want you can start with tighting those abs by doing sit up. start with 20 the first day then 35 and so on. i do about 350-600 a day and i have been getting tighter abs. run about a mile a day if its summer try to run outside winter you can run on the tredmill. eat good foods like a low suger cearal for breakfast, a good healthy lunch, like a saled or a pb&j sandwitch. bannas are good b/c there FULL of potasim( which is exelent for your bady) for dinner have anything that your mom or dad makes just maybe ask them to make good health stuff, drink low fat milk, for snacks have fresh fruits and good stuff! well i hope i help!

Ok, at the beginning of the school year in a new city, and at a new school, (I just moved here) the first day of school, theres this guy that asked me out when I never even talked to him once, not knowing him at all. Let's call him Bob. Bob has liked me from the first day of school till today. He's had many other crushes and girlfriends other than me but still likes me and flirts with me. As I got to know him, I started to like him. He isn't that hott, but has a great personality. He's the player type and if I went out with him I wouldn't be able to trust him. I really like him but I don't want to go out with him. I don't know why.. He's got a girlfriend right now and people say I shouldn't go out with him because he is a total man whore. At school he ignores me but glances at me whenever we pass in the hall. Do you have any advice? I'd be greatly appreciated!

y do girls stereotype guys so much? I mean, we may think about "stuff" some of the time, but girls always jus automatically assume thats wat guys r thinking about 24/7. And u also always assume that in a relationship, the guy is always wanting one thing and he will always make the first moves towards it. And another thing that bothers me is y girls are such feminist. ok, back then guys were thought to be superior to girls, but now days we r equal. however, lots of girls are always arguing how they have to go through so much pain, or how they have to endure so many more hardships. it really annoys me. And also, y is it always sexist if a guy does something or says something to a girl, but no one cares if a girl does or says something about a guy? i mean, a male teacher can favor guys and not pay much attention to girls, and automatically he is sexist and fired....but a female or male teacher can favor girls, and no one cares b/c no one thinks that is sexist except the guys who are on the short end of the stick. i jus want to know y. I've been doing sit-ups for about a month and a half now basically everyday ( i do 3- sets of 35). My stomach isn't getting any tighter and i still can't see any abs at all, its just kinda pudgy. Any advice on differant ways to get an amazing set of abs? thanks for your time. (link)
