Not so thin tummy

I've been doing sit-ups for about a month and a half now basically everyday ( i do 3- sets of 35). My stomach isn't getting any tighter and i still can't see any abs at all, its just kinda pudgy. Any advice on differant ways to get an amazing set of abs? thanks for your time.

try different kinds of sit ups..
-legs straight up -legs up and out to side - bicycle*-siccors

well i do about 350 situps to 600 situps a day, maybe try doing more, but dont do alot right away,work urself up

hold a wieght to your chest while doin sit ups so it makes it harder and look in magezines for fitness work outs they really do help

You could also run on a tradmill or even around the block. You could get into some sports and that can make you skinner. You could even eat healthy food like a diet. Do some other exercises that will help you.if you drink water for 3 whole days and NOTHING else you could loose like 3pounds. This could help you. If none of these help we are sorry but good luck!

well, there's amazing abs under a slight layer of pudge, ya gotta do one of those all around diet/exercise programs to lose the layer of fat cells. best of luck

you might have to run and do sit ups, thats what i do, it might take a while tho, i cant promise you fast results but its been working for me!
