Lately, my friend has been complaning to me about her weight. She said she was 96 pounds last year, and now she is 116. It has only been about 8 months, and I have noticed it on her too. It all went straight to her stomache. She came to me asking how to get a flat stomach, because I have one, but I didnt do anything to get it, so I cant really help her. Does anyone know a way for her to get a flat stomach by Friday, because our class is going to a water park, and she wants to wear a bikini, but she said that she needs a flat stomach. I feel really bad for her, so any ideas?

100 situps and 100 crunches twice a day. this will definitely flatten out her stomach by friday. tell your friend to drink plenty of water and lots of fruits and vegetables.

i have a french test tomarrow and i forgot to ge tthe answers for the study guide. Translators don't work and nobody i know takes my class and none of my family members know french so i was wondering if anyone could answer these questions in a letter form. I start the class part of drivers ed tomorrow. I am homeschooled, and will be going with public school kids. Basically the kids I would be going to school with. I went with them until 2 years ago, I still keep in touch with everybody, but all the ones that I know have already taken it or won't be taking it the week I will. I'm super nervous. I know I won't know anybody, and I'm super shy and self-concious.

How many kids are usually in those classes?
What do they do on the first day?
What will it be like?

in an average drivers ed class there are normally about 20 kids. on the first day they will show you the different parts of the car and what they do. dont be nervous, its everyone elses first time learning too. =]

when i do pushups why does my lower stomach hurt?

Well obviously I wear pads when I sleep. I wear the ultra long ones. But I put it so it comes about to the top of the lips, & it goes back to about the middle of my butt. But for like the first two nights of my period I always get blood on my underwear in the back. If I move it back any further, I'd get blood on the front of my underwear. My mom told me to double up pads, but I feel like I'm wearing a diaper. Any other ideas?

now i came to the conclusion that its like out of style and the lady must have bought it a while ago before she gave it to me for my birthday

would they let me exchange it even if its out of style?

a picture album/scrapbook of you and him. put in little things like movie ticket stubs of movies you two have seen together, concert tickets of concerts you have been to, your favorite things. then of course lots of pictures of the two of you. i think it would be really meaningufl and it would be somehting he can keep forever.

So I'm on a low-carb diet that allows a maximum of 20 carbs a day. This diet really seems to help me lose weight, but in the beginning I always have cravings for foods I can't have (obviously). I've been having things such as chicken, cheese, eggs, avacados, burgers things like that. So does anybody have any suggestions for different snack foods or even meals/recipes? my nails do not grow and the nail bed is very messed up because i chew on them i know i shoudl not and they flake

I've never really gotten bad cramps before but right now I do =( It's so bad that like I feel it in my legs, and they ache. First of all, is that normal? And also, what can I do to make the pain more bearable? Ew and my period is pretty heavy and it's annoying and I hate itttttt! =( Help?

eat lots of fruits and vegetables. the nutrients in them keep your hair growing fast. also drink plenty of water. there are also some shampoos at the store that are specifically for hair growth so look out for those.
