you should definitely tell him! Yes, sometimes we are all afraid of hearing the truth, but that's what ,makes up stronger! And if he says he doesn't like you back, just know that he had his chance and it's time to move on to someone who's worth your time and since you're almost completely sure, most likely he'll say he likes you too.
