If you're watching your weight, what is the best type of food to get at a pizza place/italian restaurant? Thanks!

Try to ask for no greasing agents...no oil, lard, or butter on crust, if they really need to...use those greasing spraying that are non fat. You should be good to go. I am from chicago and italian, so i know my pizza. I lost 20 pounds with this included in my diet...Good luck to you!! [ beaujolie's advice column | Ask beaujolie A Question ]
Michele answered Friday June 8 2007, 2:03 pm: I am watching my weight too, but we still love pizza, we get it without cheese, yeah we got a lot of funny looks at first, but it's good really. Scillian pizze is just sauce and grated cheese. Don't get the pepperoni, or sausage or bacon, those are all full of fat. Veggies with no cheese is good.
