pads and sleeping Well obviously I wear pads when I sleep. I wear the ultra long ones. But I put it so it comes about to the top of the lips, & it goes back to about the middle of my butt. But for like the first two nights of my period I always get blood on my underwear in the back. If I move it back any further, I'd get blood on the front of my underwear. My mom told me to double up pads, but I feel like I'm wearing a diaper. Any other ideas?

wear a tampon to bed and all your problems will be solved. =] ]
you should wear a tampon and a pad to bed and even when your not in bed it helps that way the pad is just extra protection if you cant change the tampon on time ]
Doubling up can become uncomfortable & sometimes don't even help. I would suggest wearing old clothes when you go to bed & put a towel down where you lay just incase. Also, you can try layering your clothing so it doesn't go through.
-hope that helped!♥ ]
fold kleenex//toilet paper and just put it over the pad and a little farther if you want it to cover the back so it wont leak :] ]
i double them up the 1st two days even if its just to bed who cares your going to fall asleep anyway ]
