I've not seen this movie yet (just not had the chance to download it yet really) but it's gotten some really good reviews that I've seen.
As for plot and such I think the best thing to do is to check the following site out:

That should give you all the information you need about the movie as well as reviews by people who have seen it and if you have any specific questions about the movie (before or after seeing it) they have a forum board on there too which id very useful. You have to register with imdb.com to view the forum sections (they appear right at the bottom of the page of the movie you're looking up) but it's free to register and well worth doing if you're into movies.
A particular threadof interest in the forums might be one called 'Need further info on this movie before I attempt to watch it' which you should have a look at, it may give you a little insight into what the movie is about and the kind of content the movie contains (since it seems to contain some strong violence and such).
