Question Posted Thursday June 7 2007, 6:41 pm

I've never really gotten bad cramps before but right now I do =( It's so bad that like I feel it in my legs, and they ache. First of all, is that normal? And also, what can I do to make the pain more bearable? Ew and my period is pretty heavy and it's annoying and I hate itttttt! =( Help?

yeahh its normal. i hate it too.
But uhm, try tylenol or advil.
But if that dont work, if u want,
you could always get on the pill because
that helps make it lighter and stops
cramps and all. goodluck! :]

Yeah, it's normal. And take an advil or midol, or any pain killer really. Also, drink a lot of water. If it stops hurting enough that you can run on a treadmill or something, do it. But not if it hurts too much. However, next time your period's coming, work out beforehand to prevent them from being so terrible.
