Q: my cell phone was dead yesterday so it was off and people keep prank phone calling me and they blocked their number so i cant find it out and i really want to know who it was so is there any way i could find out whos called me?? i think theres a number you dial like *67 but thats not it. i dont really want to call the phone company which is verizon

Q: okay!!!!!1 i cannot think of the word...but its been stuck in my head and it is very irritating. it is a word for women who dont like men. not lesbians, but like those weird people that are like ohh men suck and women are so much better men are pigs blah blah.....theres a word for it. just one word. i want to say it starts with like an L or something.......idk!! please help me thiiiiiiiink it is bugging me so bad

Q: okay..i need some help with my ankle. basically, basketball is starting up in a few days. i know known of you are doctors, but my ankle..i just don't know what it is. i am going to get it checked out, but i mentally am bothered with it. when i walk or run, it does not hurt. when i move it myself, as in twist it, or rotate it in a circle, i have pain. it's like the size of a small apple. i really don't know what this is. since it is swollen, does that mean i damaged it in some way?? i twisted it around june-july, so shouldn't the swelling have gone down if it healed?? i did the whole RICE method. does anyone have any experiences with this??

Q: sorry if this is long but i really need advice ok i live with my dad, and i need to get bras, i need/want a cupped bra, but
1. i don't know wat size i am and i dont know how to figure it out.
2. and i dont know which 1 would be right for me
i would like to have 1 regular sports bra, 1 regular cupped bra, and 1 sports bra that is sorta cupped. how many bras do you think i should need? how do i get those bras with my dad?

Shopping with a girl friend would work well if you dont have like an aunt or older sister near by, if your dad wont let you go to the mall alone, ask if he can take you, but let you go in a STORE alone...
if he still says no, just talk to him in private and just be like "i am growing up, and i need some undergarments that i dont want to get with you, im sorry, but it's a girl thing"

I like victoria secret, honestly because you can get sized there. I dont know if other stores do it for sure, but they might.
Kohls, JCPenny's and Macy's all have nice things, any department stores.

To find what size you are, if in a department store, just go up to a sales women in the bra department and simply ask if they do bra sizing here. Its just a few measurements with a tape measure.

They defiantly do it at Victoria Secret, just go up and ask. It might be slightly embarssing, but i mean, they're women, they get it!

Q: Hi. Um I have a problem with excess body hair. Mostly on my tummy and back. Is this normal for girls or not. Because most of my friends don't have any or their just too light to see. I'm armentian and I have dark brown hair and you can easily see mine. It's really embarrassing. Please help.

my best friend has a lot of hair on her belly. its WAY dark. so, she bleaches it. talk to your mom about it, it's usually hereditary, so im sure she will understand, or if its from your dad's side, ask an aunt.

Its not too hard to bleach it i dont think...i beleve she does it ever 3-4 weeks..

Q: Okay well I get pretty bored with the songs I have, really fast. I'm into pop, hip hop/rock and stuff (not country or rap that much), could you guys give me lists of your favorite songs? Ones you think I might like? Q: okay, well i'm 14/f. and i have this guy friend that is 15/m. he's like freaking out because he got into a HUGE fight with a girl that he really liked, but she didn't like him. now he's thinking about commiting suicide. i am soo scared, what can i tell him?

tell him that nothing in this world is worth losing your life over. No girl, no fight, nothing.

Most the time people will say no one cares about them, or are thinking it.
So just tell him you care about him a lot, and you know you, as well as his parents, and all your other friends and people would be heart broken and in a lot of pain.

Remind him of things he will never get to do, or experience. Driving, having a good job, going to college, getting married, those kinds of things. And all the people he will never meet.

Q: I've been sexually active for 2 years. I'm 16 right now and with this amazing guy. We had unprotected sex just a few nights ago, and protected sex a few times before that. It's the time of the month where I should be getting my period, but I'm 2 days late. I was wondering if I should go ahead and get a pregnancy test, or wait another week. my period has been regular for almost 2 years now.

If so, what type of test should i get? One of my friends said get an E.P.T. for the best accuracy. Someone please help.. Thanks

Q: i have this cousin who is 15 and im 13 and he is so hot and he has been checking me out and i was wondering (we are blood related) what would happen if we made out or worse.

Q: i've been told that if you don't eat enough your body will go into starvation mode, and it will actually cause you to gain weight.

is this true? because i was thinking and then how do people with anorexia (not that i'm going to become anorexic or anything) lose weight. because if they hardly eat anything, won't their bodies go into starvation mode and cause them to gain weight?

for about a month or so
your body wont gain weight, it stays about the same

after that
your body breaks down
you literally eat your self alive from the inside
so, no, you dont gain weight from not eating...

Q: you know what stys are right? well i think i have them. they are like all over my eyes! i have like 3 on one side and 1 on the other and one or two are going away but theres still some you know? well i was wondering how do u get rid of them?

if you have that many, definatly get it check out...
but in the mean time
take a wash cloth, and put it under hot bath water, and hold it over it

you can do it while in the bath or out
or both lol whatever

just hot wash cloths, because it reduced swelling

Q: Well i have this friend who told me that her parents (who my parents are best friends with) hit her and her dad tried to drown her in a pool. What should i do?? we are only 13 and i don't want her to get into trouble and my mom wouldn't beleive me! They already called DSS but that didn't help.

tell your mom again and again until she believe you
this is serious
if she still wont listen, get another friends parents as soon as you possibly can
also, try and get your friend out of her house as much as possible for her safety.
call 911 if it gets to that point.

this is nothing to step around lightly, she needs help right away
you did the right thing telling your mom, why she doesnt believe you, i dont know, because thats not something people joke about

About a year ago my boyfriend and I went against our better judgement and I ended up pregnant. So now we have a baby. It's put a real strain on our relationship. At first we argued over abortion, then adoption,and finally I ended up giving in and keeping the baby. We've been trying to share the responsibility this summer, but since the baby lives with me he doesn't understand my feelings, even if I try to tell him. The baby sometimes stays with him for a week, but apparently that isn't enough. Whenever he's around me all he seems to care about is the baby. Yesterday we had the oppurtunity to hang out alone and mom would watch the baby... but my boyfriend declined. I'm around the baby all the time so it's really irritating. Does he care about hisson more than me now? What's going on?

i think its just that since s/he lives with you, he doesnt feel as involved, and is trying to be. and i know how crazy a baby can be, not as much as you im sure, but i get it

my best friends sister just had a baby at almost 16, and the boy doesnt even speak to her, even though they had been dating for about a year and a half.

it is an amazing thing he wants to be in the childs life.

Q: I am a 35/f whose teenage daughter has been living with her father for most of her life.

When her father and I divorced it was decided she would live there because I wasn’t financially stable enough to give her a comfortable year-round home but she has always spent most of the summer with me.

While things have changed a lot now. I make a good deal more money, pay child support and have a much more comfortable home for her. She’s decided she wants to move in with me for the rest of high school because the high school in my area has a much better art classes and several of her friends attend it.

I’m delighted of course, the thing is, she is afraid to tell her father about this decision. She says she’s mentioned maybe moving in with me before, and it’s upset him or he has taken it as a joke. She has asked me to come over and be with her as she discusses the move with her father.

So my question is: Should I be there while she tells her father she has chosen to live with me next school year? I want to be there for her, but I don’t want her father to feel threatened or ganged up on. Part of me thinks she is old enough to be able to talk to her dad about this herself (I’m sure he’ll be a bit hurt, but he isn’t an ogre or anything, he wont go nuts.) So I’m quite torn, please advise.

my parents are divorced as well, and i know that when i decided to move in with my dad, telling my mom was really tough, but it was easier with my dad being there.
he didnt really say much, but knowning he was there made it easier
let her do most of the talking, but if you feel the need to say something, do.

although, being able to tell my mom that wasnt as tough, seeing as how she lives only 2 miles from my father, how far away you and your ex husband live from each other might make it harder, but just remind him that he will still see her plenty and things like that.

I find it odd that people are losing it at 11, i certianly know people that lost it that early, but not many.
