this may be kind of long but ill try to make it as short as possible. me and this guy mike have been broken up for about a year and a half. the whole time we have talked and he still tells me he loves me and misses me every once in a while. well tonight i was with my friend and he called me. well he then told me he was coming to my house but i told him no cause im scared of heartbreak. i do have a boyfriend of 7 months but i still do care about mike. and my boyfriend is amazing so i dont want to hurt him. well mike stayed for like 10 minutes trying to get me to come outside but i couldnt bring my self to it cause i always do. well later on he told me that he made me something since i made him a scrapbook last summer. he refuses to give it to me til i see him. he stayed on the phone with me after he left and had something to say but couldnt because his friend was there. he told me wed talk about it later and i asked when that was and he told me he didnt know. i really care about him and i always will cause he was my first love but i dont know what to do. should i just let him come over and give it to me and talk to me like he wanted and say what he wanted or should i just say no? please help. thanks so much!! Well I'm going swimming tomorrow. Today I had my period for the first time and I tried a tampon. It was really hard to get out. I tried pulling it out in different directions and I tried like half a box of tampons and I'm pretty sure it's in correctly. The string almost broke when i tried to pull it out it hurts. My parents wont let me get in the water without a tampon and i cant sneak in without one because they check to make sure im not lying. Oh and ive tried the lowest absorbensy and lubricant stuff still doesnt help. Please help! (link)

If the tampon hurts when youu try and pull it out, it probably doesn't have as much blood as it could have absorbed, so it doesn't need to come out. Hope I helped!

Weve been together for 2 years its great it took awhile for a first kiss but not a true kiss just a peck on the lips. Now i want to makeout but dont think he even knows how and is like really shy i dont want to force him to do something he doesnt want to but i really want to makeout with him. What should i do? try holding hands at the movies or invite him over to watch a movie, and if they kiss in the movie kind of look up at him, cause he will probably do the same then just look into his eyes andmove in for a kiss and just keep kissing, thats what i do when i want my boyfriend to kiss me. hope i helped!

first off i'm a 14 year old female. i have blue eyes, and dirty blonde/light brown hair and very fair skin (whenever i buy a foundation i almost always have to buy the second lightest one). okay for like two years now i've been doing the same makeup routine. i start off by putting a cream foundation on over any blemishes to hide them. then i put a powder foundation over my whole skin. then i apply black eyeliner to the inside of my eyes and sometimes i put on eyeshadow. then i wear black mascara and lipgloss. i'm getting tired with this makeup and i think i want something more natural looking. any ideas on what to do?

Hey there.
You might want to try some neutral, brown, or gold eyeshadow. Also, maybe tone down the black mascara to brown. Same with the eyeliner, the lighter it is, the more natural it looks. Hope I helped!

The only makeup i wear is charcoal eyeliner under my eyes. I don't draw it on dark or anything, just a light lining. I want to spice my makeup up a little without looking unnatural. What colors and kinds of makeup should I wear? I'm 13 so i don't want to all out or anything and i don't need to wear mascara because my eyelashes are super long, thick, and dark. I have blue eyes, beige colored skin, and medium brown hair. (link)

With brunette hair, brown's and beiges always look good as eyeshadow, you also might want to try gold's. Also, a little lip gloss never hurts.

Hey. So, I got into a fight with my best guy friend. And, we were yelling at each other over Aim...the thing is, i tried apologizing, and he was like why are you being all nice now etc. But, i wasnt the one that should have apologized,because only 1 thing was my fault. and he misunderstood it. My friend stays mad, at things...i dont want this to ruin our friendship...any advice? (link)

since i have naturally curly hair and i always straighten it..it NEVER stays straight and yes i have layers and i hate them i am trying so hard to grow them out but my hair grows soo slow. its a little past my shoulders or a little longer but my layers always flip in or out and it looks ugly! my hair doesnt scrunch or curl so i have to straighten it and it always seems to get greasy too by the end of the day. what do you think i could do?! is there anything? i dont really have much money to buy anything either...well thanks!

Hey, I've seen some of my friends with the same problem, she says after she straightens her hair, she puts hairspray in it and brushes through it, and about the greasy part, you can always try putting a small amount of baby powder at the roots. hope i helped!
