My name is Teza.. short for Tereza. I was born in Croatia and I speak more than one language. I'm 22 years old & I completed 2 college degrees in 3 years. My a bachelors is in Business Administration concentration in Human Resources and my Masters degree is also in HR.



I started this advice column about 9years ago and I was so young but it was something that I always loved to do. I am trying to get back to answering questions, at least a few per day. With that said, if you have questions about school, friends, make up, etc., feel free to ask.

okay so right now...the eyleliner that i use is by revlon and its blackk like the crayon type that twists upp. anywaysss i put that on every morning and by the end of the day..it looks like im not even wearing any eyeliner (it rubs off). soo is there any kinds that you really like or work really good and stay on for a long time?

Honestly, I stoped wearing eyeliner like a year ago. I use dark brown eye shadow under and it looks like eyeliner, but it's really not. I still wear it once in a while. Maybeline is my favorite. It works good on me and I love all their products. YOu really won't find the perfect eyeliner because by the end of the day, they all smear and come off. You should just apply it twice a day.

I started wearing eyeliner when I was in 7th grade. You're not too young to wear it as long as you don't use a whole bunch.

13/f i have such curly, frizzy hair and i usually straighten it, but when i want to wear it curly it's annoying. my hair is fine when it's still wet, but then when it dries it poofs up. i've tried a lot of products, so you have any tips or hairstyles i can use on my hair to make it now frizzy when it's curly.

I was watching this makeover show and one of the girls had this problem. The stylist said so use leave in conditioner. I actually have that and it works. It's Garnier Fructise & it's a small bottle but I'm pretty sure that it will work on your hair.

You don't have to take them out when you go to the bathroom. It's just like swimming and such.

So I'm gay not like flaming gay, but gay none the less... Last night was our homecoming dance and I brought a date which was a guy... I slow danced with him and everything and apparently everyone was looking at us because my friends warned me that I might get some shit on monday about it... what should I do?

Seriously, who cares about what they think? People will give you shit for everything that you do because they're idiots like that. They spend more time worrying about other peoples lives but their own. Ignore them. If it bothers you, don't show it because that will make them act even worse about it. If you're okay with who you are and if your friends are, other people shouldn't matter. It's just their opinion anyways and you don't need their crap. You have people who care about you and that's all you need so don't let some immature people get to you.

A pound is 3,200 calories so you'd have to burn that much off. Some foods have calories from fat and those are harder to burn off.

i'm 15 and i want to get my belly button pierced, i;m afraid it will portray the wrong image. i don't worry about how it will affect guys, because they're MUCH less judgemental then girls, i just want to know if i'm gonna earn myself a bad name by doing this.

There isn't a bad name that you could possibly get because you have your belly button pierced. & besides, why care so much about what other people think? You should do it because YOU want it for yourself.

i have a group of friends and i just feel really left out or not really there...what do i do? how do i get into the convos.? how can i be funny and outgoing?

When you have a big group of friends, it's not a surprise when someone always gets left out. Hopefully they're not doing it on purpose. You have to include yourself in things. Don't try to be different around other people just so you can fit in. You should still be yourself but just open up more. You have to be comftrable around them and have fun. Invite them to go somewhere & they will also invite you to hang out. Just get to know them better and you guys will become really good friends. Just be careful. People can seem really nice at first and then completly turn their backs on you.

Guys always act different when they are with their friends. It's really pathetic, but they do. You can't really convince him to have a relationship with you if he doesn't want one, so don't pressure him into it. Since you guys are good friends, you can try talking to him once again. The only way your friendship could be ruined is if eather of you let it get that way.

Personally, I think lip rings are hot on guys. Most of them can pull it off and some can't but it all depends. I like it on the side and it doesn't matter which one. The whole being gay thing is just a rumor. A lot of piercings isn't all that attractive so if you would to get another one, maybe your eye brow? =]]

okay so heres the deal.
im 13 year old girl and i think i'm kinda fat but all my friends think im tiny. by my rib cage its really skinny and then down from there is like ba-bam and my hips are pretty big. (my back has some extra fat on it too) and then down from that i'm really tiny and then my legs go ba-boom and they're wide at the top and get pretty skinny down from there.
so i was just wondering if you knew any excersises/ diets or anything that could help me loose weight in those problem areas. if you can't its okay.

You don't need to lose any weight but you can just tone up those areas. You can turn that fat into muscle. I'm not an expert on diets and such so I'm not going to tell you what to eat and when to eat it. But I can tell you what not to eat. Junk food. I don't mean that you shouldn't have that once in a while, but don't feed on it. Any workout would be good for you. Running, walking, weight.. things like that. You can try the balance ball. I have one & I love it. =]] It's pretty fun and it tones your body. Pilates & yoga is also really good. Basiclly all you need to do it eat each meal and don't skip any. Eat your fruit and veggie servings and you'll be fine. If you see a difference in your body, great but if not don't worry about it too much. It usually takes a while. Good luck though.

It could be form both. Some people are usually sore from when they have sex but also from tampons. You'll be fine though.

Heels are the only thing that would look right with that costume. You don't have to get something exactly like hers but if you don't want to wear heels, then wear black flip flops. It would match and it'd be comftrable.

You have to answer a lot of questions on here and make your column somehow noticable. Tell people about it. Ask others to mention you. Have a pretty column. If you add people as favorite columnist, they will do the same. It might take you some time for everyone to know your column and ask your questions. Always be honset when you answer your questions. You'll get publicity lol. Don't worry.

Is it alright to wear kahkis and a nice button up shirt to homecoming?

Well, you could wear them but it's not very formal and dressy. At my homecoming, no guy wore them. I think that you should stick to the normal black dress pant with a nice button up shirt. If you prefer kahkis, wear them but they're not really for homecoming.
