I really like this guy & he likes me but he acts different towards me by his friends & we were good friends he doesnt want to give the relationship a chance because he is afraid of failure. how do i convince him to give this a chance?

Guys always act different when they are with their friends. It's really pathetic, but they do. You can't really convince him to have a relationship with you if he doesn't want one, so don't pressure him into it. Since you guys are good friends, you can try talking to him once again. The only way your friendship could be ruined is if eather of you let it get that way.
