I've been with my guy for 9 months pretty much to. Whenever i hear about a break or something i just wanna break down and cry to. Thats normal. I just talk to him about it no matter how hard it is. I actually was doing that last night and i was holding my friends hand.. well squeezing her hand.. but just be with a friend if its on the phone and if its in person just talk to him. YOu need to let him know that you miss him and love him and you miss the memories. Your probably young and there will be guys in our life abunch of them actually and we both will get hurt a bunch of times. Its part of life.. bad part but its apart of it. Nothing we can do :( I wish there was a potion to pick us up when we are down. But nope. We just gotta talk are way through this. Just put anything of yours that reminds you of him. Thats what I do. It helps a bit. I dont talk about him or talk to him. Its hard cuz thats all i want to do to hope i'll get him back.
