how can you tell if your in love

Thanks for inboxing.

Well, for starters, you can tell you're in love when you don't have to ask about it on Advicenators ;]

I really wouldn't know much else, though, as I've never actually been in love. Sorry if that doesn't help much =/

i've been thinking about drinking a cup of warm green tea everyday before school. does it have any good health benefits? like will it give me more energy? thats what i need, it has caffine. thanks!

I know my friend's brother drinks tea to help his voice, because he likes to sing. Other than that, green tea specifically can benefit you because:

- it helps your immune system.
- it will help you fight off infections.
- it helps with cholesterol.
- it helps a little with burning calories.

Those are just a few things I know off the top of my head from my mom, I'm sure you can find more on google.

Do shrooms show up as food poisoning in urine drug tests? because I was told it does.
And How long do Shrooms stay in your system (like not how long you trip but how long till they wont show up on a urine drug test)?

I would think that DRUGS show up as just that...DRUGS. Not food poisoning or anything else/different. I'd also assume they're pretty accurate, though I'm not a doctor or person who does drug tests so I don't know for sure...

As for how long they stay in your system for, I have no idea as drugs stupid, to put it lightly.

Has anyone seen this movie?
Is it good or not?

I want your opinions on it!
Thanks :]

I saw it, and it was good but not great. I enjoyed it, but I probably wouldn't watch it again unless there was absolutely nothing else on.

hey, I am an author doing research. So how many of you have younger brothers and sisters and what do they read? All ages welcomed including yours.

I have 2 younger brothers ages 12 and 13.

They don't read much, but when they DO read, they tend to like sports novels [but that's because they play a ton of sports themselves, so they're pretty biased]. My 12 year old brother also likes fantasy books. He's reading something called "The Lightning Thief" in case you want to look it up?

I'm a 16 year old female and I read a lot. Recently, I started a book called "The Dead and the Gone", which is a science fiction novel about the moon getting knocked out of orbit and the effects it has [tidal waves, etc]. I really like the book a lot and wish there were more like it. I'm also a fan of Twilight [how cliche =P].

I hope this helps!

I just broke up with my boyfriend,
I wasn't feeling any chemistry.
Any good breakup songs that apply to that sort of situation?

I'm asking a friend to create a picture video for my boyfriend. I'm giving my friend the pictures and the songs. But I'm not sure on one of the songs. Is "Far Away" by Nickelback a good song to put on there? Is it too sad for something like this? I can't tell. It kind of reminds me of our relationship because he is away for college during the week.

I think it's a good choice. If you need any more, I answered a question that may help:

I'm not good at starting conversations or making friends. What are some tips/ways I CAN make some new friends?

First of all, if you THINK you're going to be alone and have a pessimistic view on your potential for making friends, you will be alone.

That being said, making friends really isn't all that hard. Just talk to people! Here are a few ways you can start a conversation:

1. Compliment them.
- If they're wearing a nice pair of shoes, or some cute jeans, tell them. Let them know you like their shoes, and then ask where they got them. After that, ask if they're comfortable or something. Don't be annoying about it, but take interest in the person you're talking to, and hopefully, chances are they'll show interest back.

2. Find something you have in common.
- If they're wearing a band shirt, and it's a band you like, tell them! For example, say they are wearing a Rocket Summer shirt, say to them, "I see you have on a Rocket Summer shirt, do you like his music?" Then, after they answer, tell them your opinion on the band/artist.

3. Talk about your surroundings/where you are.
- Say it's after class and the person next to you is getting up to leave. Walk out next to him/her and comment on the class. Say something like, "That was kind of an interesting lesson." or "Was it just me, or was that lecture kind of boring?" or, if you're sitting outside on a bench, and somebody is sitting next to you, make a comment about the weather or where you are.

4. Make a joke!
- There's no better way to make friends with somebody than to make them smile/laugh. BUT don't make a joke about another person, it will make you look bad AND potentially hurt another person's feelings.

I have never had many friends... actually, I've only had one or two tops. Well, I'm starting university this year and I'm worried my curse is going to continue. I used to be very shy, awkward, defensive and a bunch of other unnatractive traits but I've gotten a lot better. How do I make friends? I don't know how. Am I going to be alone for the rest of my life??

Thank you.

how do get to be a featured advicenator?

http://www.advicenators.com/faq.php?t=7

From there:
"Okay, to be a featured user (shown on the main page) you must meet all these criteria:

Have some bio information down (you can also do this on your settings page) that we don't mind showing on the main page (that means it's gotta be clean and nice-sounding)
Have "yes" checked for the featured user option (you can do this on your settings page, too)
Have at answered at least 100 questions
Have been a member at least thirty days
Have a rating of 4.5 or higher
Have never been banned by an administrator
Have updated your column in the last 48 hours
Have not been featured in the past 30 days
Each day there's a script that automatically makes a list of all the people who qualify for featured userdom and picks one of these people at random.

It's very important that you check or uncheck the featured user option, depending on what you want. If you're chosen as a featured user, you're it for the day. You can't change the option and pull yourself off, you have to contact a site moderator to choose another one, which could take a while. So if you don't want to be featured, make sure the button for it on your settings page isn't checked!"

do you like your turquoise jansport or is it too big? lol

p.s. i dont like big bags

Thanks for inboxing!

I love my turquoise Jansport. Yesterday, I had to bring home 2 of my biggest books, and it did the job while supporting another book, a 5 subject notebook, some folders and my pencil bag.

I say that because you brought up the size issue. Even with all that junk in it, I don't think it was too big at all.

The commercial that advertises the show, does anyone know what song that is?

Thanks in advance!

I'm pretty sure it's Love Remains the Same by Gavin Rossdale, unless they have a new/other commercial.

Try that and let me know =]

I'm 14 looking for a good book that'll make you cry throughout it. My favorite books are Flowers In The Attic, Go Ask Alice, A Rose For Melinda, A Child Called It, etc. I'm looking for realistic fiction, and dark, sad stories. i love book that'll make me cry. and don't say i'm weird for likeing sad books!

Thirteen Reasons Why WAS an amazing book. I, like the columnist below, would definitely recommend it.

Other than that, other books by Lurlene McDaniel [the author of A Rose for Melinda] would be good. Some of my favorites are;
- Don't Die, My Love.
- The Girl Death Left Behind.
- I'll Be Seeing You.
- Garden of Angels.
- As Long as we Both Shall Live.

Another idea, go on Amazon.com, type one of the books you've already read [and enjoyed] and scroll down to the "Customers who Bought this Item also Bought" section, and it will have more books that you might like =]

this is just a quick question - when you buy a music video on itunes, does the song show up under your songs?? or do you have to watch the video to listen to the song every time?

It will show up under "Music Videos". You can also just listen to it WITHOUT watching the actual video. You can do this by going to music and finding the song/video title.

I'm compiling several playlists based on moods.

Can you please list me a few of your favorite songs for certain moods? (Ex: Happy-Unwritten, Sad-Better than me) Anything mood is great and so is any song of any genre. Thanks! :)

Happy:
- Skies so Blue, So Much Love, Waiting, Hold it Up, and Colors by The Rocket Summer.
- Up and up, Jefferson Aeroplane, The Vinyl Countdown, The Lining is Silver, and Apathetic Way to be by Relient k.
