Why do you ALWAYS have a L2 Mod change any rating you get that is a 1 or 2? Does your overall rating mean THAT much to you.

If people stumble across one of my answers, from a search engine for example, and see that my answer was rated low, they may assume that my advice was wrong or didn't work. That's bad for them.
My rating does matter to me somewhat, too. I need to maintain it above 4 to be a L1 mod. Also, people are more likely to ask me a question if they see 5 (almost) complete stars. I put a lot of time into my answers, and I expect to be rated fairly in return.
I don't report every low rating, either. Here are some examples:

Maybe, it's not sure. When the War in the Middle East ends, our economy will take a huge hit. Already inflation is ruining our economy and the government is printing money at a ridiculous rate. The US is in $9 trillion debt, and there is no way we can pay it back.
If there is a depression, it probably won't be as bad as The Great Depression, however.
To prevent a depression, vote for a fiscally responsible presidential candidate for '08. The candidates who are fiscally responsible are(in descending order):

-Barack Obama
-Mitt Romney
-Rudy Giuliani
That list only considers fiscal responsibility. Obviously there are other factors in your decision. But if you are very concerned about this particular issue, you will vote for one of them.

Bush allegedly invaded Iraq to get oil to sell to Americans and others to get money for America and himself. However, the Iraq war has been MUCH more expensive than the oil there is worth.
Gas prices rise for a number of reasons. Usually it has to do with there being less supply, or an impending lowered supply. Oil is a limited resource. It is running out, and once it's gone there will be no more. So the prices will steadily rise as the oil dries up. Also, a lot of the world's oil is in the middle east. The more they want to charge for it, the more it costs here. The more war there is there, the harder it is to transport it, the more it costs here. The more they are damaged, the more money they want, the more they charge, the more it costs here.
Also, oil companies make an enourmous profit. They probably markup the price 600% or more. And they routinely and randomly fluctuate the prices.
And gas stations around an area collude with each other to make the prices higher than they ought to be. So in one area they all have an agreement to mark up the price around the same amount, so that they all make more money. If one was selling for much less, then they would get all the money and the others would have to match that price; and they'd all eventually make less.

I recently downloaded the Fresco skin for Windows XP for this website:

For some reason, mid installation, it asked for my Windows Service Pack 2 CD.. I didn't have one [at least I don't think I do], so I clicked cancel, restarted my computer, and set the Fresco theme. I get the menu colors [green and white, Mac style], but how do I get the main desktop to look like it is on regular Macs? With the icons near the top [refer to the link given for screenshots]. Hope that made sense.
The patcher you downloaded replaced the uxtheme.dll file on your computer. Uxtheme prevents unauthorized themes like that from being applied. Windows recognized this change as damage to its integrity and tried to fix it. To do that it needed the XP CD. It's lucky you didn't have one on hand, if you would have used it, the patcher wouldn't have worked.
Icons are not included in this package. You will need a separate one.
The bottom object dock is also not included in this package. There are a number of these:
To move the taskbar to the top of the screen, right click it. Make sure "Lock the Taskbar" is NOT checked. Then click and drag the taskbar to middle of the top of the screen. Release it and it will move there. I recommend you then "Lock the Taskbar" so that you don't accidentally move it in the future.
The package you are referring to is not very comprehensive. If you want to completely change your PC so that it appears to be a Mac, I recommend you use this explorer shell replacement:

-Do not uninstall the uxtheme patcher you used. This installation also needs a patched uxtheme.

when i press ctrl + alt + delete and get my task manager and go to the processes tab i see a billion programs and google them. do you know if csrss.exe is a virus? it seems like it would be and when i try to end the process a pop-up says unable to terminate process: that it is a critical system process. task manager cannot end this process. :( i cant buy anything and i dont know what antivirus software to get. do you know of a good free one?
That *is* a critical system process. Definitely not a virus.
In the processes tab there are about 20 processes that are critical and need to be run for Windows to work. And then one for each of the icons in the lower right of your screen. And one for each different program you have open. And there might be a handful more. Also, there might be a large number of processes called "svchost.exe", that is normal.
If, knowing the above information, the number of processes seems very high, then you might have some sort of malware. Follow the second part of my guide here to remove them:

I looked on a AOE3(Age of Empires III/3) help website, (because my aoe kept crashing within a few minutes into the game), and it told me:
Driver controlled Anti Aliasing will try and force the game into AA mode. This can cause the game to become unstable. Turn off anti-aliasing (or set it to application controlled) from the video driver control panel.
Can someone tell me where the "video driver control panel" is??

You are using onboard graphics; you don't have a video card. Hardly any games will work for you. There is nothing you can do about it except buy a graphics card.
Anti-aliasing is not your problem here. That is a very rare problem that only happens when you actually have a graphics card, which you don't.

I use it quite often for my assignments, as it's quite time-consuming to go through all the books.
Wikipedia is a very reliable source. It's been proven to have less errors than printed encyclopedias like Britannica. However, it is not suitable as a primary source for anything. If you have to cite your sources at all on an assignment, Wikipedia should not be one of them. This isn't because anyone can edit it, it's because general resources like encyclopedias and textbooks are not suitable as primary sources. Britannica is equally unsuitable.
It is fine to read the article so that you know enough about the subject to find other sources. That's a good idea. Also, look at the "references" section in most Wikipedia articles. Those are very good sources, and could take away a lot of your work.

If you mean what you said, then the answer would be no religion; every religion has sacred texts, and most have prophets; you will not find a single exception. In that case you would be called Agnostic by most people; the more accurate term would be "Abrahamic monotheist" if you believe in the Christian God, and "Non-Abrahamic monotheist" if you don't.
If, however, you mean to say, "What is a religion that believes in a single God, but is not Jewish, Islamic, or Christian?", then the answer would be:
-Certain kinds of Hinduism
-Sikhism
-The Bahá'í Faith
The Bahá'í Faith believes in many prophets, but I think you would be most comfortable with them.
Sikhism is very different than Abrahamic religions, but it is closest to what you describe.

I have ocd and always overthink everything and worry too much well ive only ever had oral surgery and i wrote a will sayin if i were to die i wanted all my belongings to go to my boyfriend i dated and signed it and put it in my pocket because i kno from csi someone would have found it im not sure that would have worked but it did give me a peace of mind surgery #2 is on wednesday but this time its more serious im getting cysts removed from my tailbone ouch i kno but this time i wont be able to wear pants due to the area therefore i wont be able to put a written will in my pocket again if i write one anyway and give it to my surgeon or jus tell him my wishes and if i do die will my wishes be carried out? will my boyfriend get my belongings? for many reasons i dont want my parents to have my prized possessions...
A will is not officially binding unless you are over 18 and the will has been witnessed by two disinterested parties.
If you die in surgery, your possessions will go to your parents. There is nothing you can do about it until you are 18. I suggest you leave them a note, and hope that they follow your wishes.
