Maybe, it's not sure. When the War in the Middle East ends, our economy will take a huge hit. Already inflation is ruining our economy and the government is printing money at a ridiculous rate. The US is in $9 trillion debt, and there is no way we can pay it back.

If there is a depression, it probably won't be as bad as The Great Depression, however.

To prevent a depression, vote for a fiscally responsible presidential candidate for '08. The candidates who are fiscally responsible are(in descending order):
-Ron Paul
-Dennis Kucinich
-Mike Huckabee
-Duncan Hunter
-Barack Obama
-Mitt Romney
-Rudy Giuliani
That list only considers fiscal responsibility. Obviously there are other factors in your decision. But if you are very concerned about this particular issue, you will vote for one of them.

I honestly don't think so.

yes- teh stock is going down
and our idiot govenemtn doesn't know why.
they're planning on lowering taxes temporarly to stop decline..
but there's to stupid to realize that GAS prices are causing the problems
in the winter months- it seems to cost more and more to heat homes..and drive anywhere- well, it is
and that causes EVERYTHIGN to rise.
and income isn't rising with the standard of living.

don't freak out- eerything will be fine..
and relaly ? a stock broker?
i've never met one more! how cool!
