recycle bin

ok i think i deleted my recycle bin because it doesn't appear anywhere in my laptop, how can i restore it?

Download and install tweakUI:

Open it(it will be in the subdirectory "Powertools for windows xp"). On the list on the left, click "desktop". Then on the right put a checkmark next to "recycle bin". Click OK. If it doesn't return immediately, restart the computer. Done.
