if i go to the gym will i only gain muscle or will i lose weight? how can i do both without looking TOO buff?

both. you won't look buff if you're just doing normal exercises. dont do anything too strenuous. girls' bodies don't get very buff.

im about 5'1 and i weigh around 130 or more...
this isnt very proportional, but whats the best way to loose weight, fast, but without much time on your hands?

no junk food. (chips, cookies, candy, etc.) no soda. you could try no carbs for a week. (this really only works on some people.) go running. situps. squats really work. drink lots of water and get plenty of rest.

Whenever I am on the computer for more than like 10 minutes, the hand that I work the mouse with gets VERY cold. My other hand doesn't. Does anyone know what this is and why it does this? And does it happen to anyone else?

When I get really upset I sometimes tend to cut myself.....on my rist. Lately I have been really sad and have been crying myself to sleep almost every night. I cut myself and I don't know why.
