See, I have these scattered pimples on my back and shoulders, not alot, just a few, I was wondering, is there only way to treat them?

clean and clear body wash. if it doesn't help, see a dermatologist/doctor and they can give you some medicine to treat it.

find some kind of proactive like the kinds from walmart and also if you sleep with your hair still wet try to let it dry before you lay it on your back for too long...i hope this helps

There are so many things you can do! Pretty much what you have is acne...if you get a chance go to a dematologist near you! Believe me...they can do like miracles!! lol! Hope this helped <3
