im 13/m, and im from the middle east, and my family follows the religion Islam. from time to time, im not sure if i completly believe in the ways of Islam. Sometimes im positive that there can't be a God, other times it's the other way around. But besides believing in God, i also find other things i disagree with about the Islam religion. I'm starting to be interested in Buddhism, and I like how the religion is set around believing whatever you want to believe, but i don't know how to tell my parents this, being that they are kind of religious. I'm also not sure if im too young to change my choice of religion.

i wouldnt say your too young just because of your age..you know what types of beleifs appeal to you..and what doesnt. however, i wouldnt lay it on your family right now about you beleiving in other things because
#1 they seem pretty religious and probably wouldnt take a liking to it very well
#2 you arent fully decided on what you want to follow.

aww i know your feeling..ive gone though it a bunch of times and in fact im kinda going through it now...weell is your friend into this guy? if you know she is..then they are bound to get together so i wouldnt say anything..but if she isnt..maybe have a friend mention how you like him..or ask him what he thinks if you two hooked up...o0or you can let the feelings go..in a couple months they will probably be gone..if you dont want to go out with him because of awkwardness your options are to eithrr
A) Hookup with him..this could work if its what you want.
B) Dont do anything about it and wait for the next guy to come along.

Is there any way to pass a drug test if you have smoked pot in the last two weeks? Does it actually stay in your system for 30 days?

yeah you can still pass..ive read online you can pass it after some number like 4-12 days after? it depends on your metabolism or something and how often you smoke. the smoke gets stored in your fat tissues..
if you go online there are all sorts of crazy products like fake urine (i know right lol) and etc.
i have a friend..well not so close friend anymore but we talk sometimes..and she said that if you drink a lot a lot of water..like a couple gallons a day ..you can get it out of your system. one time in school i even saw her drinking vinegar water or some crap so she could pass her test later that day (eww vinegar water i know i know) ..she wound up throwing up a couple times.

well if you can only get one..make a list of what is good and bad about each thing

here is MY example list

laptop good because:
-laptops are awesome
-portable
-your own comp..no family members bugging you

bad because:
- maybe you want the puppy more..i cant think of anything bad

puppy is good because:
-they are adorable
-if ur an animal lover your good to go
-cute

bad because:
-puppy needs care
-cleaning up after

well chosing one would be hard..if it were ME i would chose laptop but thats only because its me and with my family..a puppyy isnt for us. i love dogs though.

keep in mind if you get the puppy..you can save up money to buy the laptop yourself..

is a 1/2 inch alot to grow in a year? im 14 - and someone has told me that you stop growing when ur around 18.

everyone is different..yes its true that all growing is pretty much finished by the age of 18. some unlucky ones such as myself...seem to stop growing at a much yyounger age. at age 11 or 12 i was about 5'3..4 or 5 years later at 16..im still about 5'3. ya, not much progress.. im pretty much done growing so to people like me, 1/2 inch is a gift

ok i just met this guy throught my friend who is a year younger than me and we got really close cause we went to 6 flags togther (thats when i met him) so now i think he really likes me and i dont know if i shoulkd go out with him i really like him but my friends said i shouldent go out with him b/c he is a year younger

dont listen to what others say. a year younger is no big deal and these days its becoming more common for the girl to be a little older. dont just not go out with the guy you like because of what friends, society, or tradition says.

Hey, I was just wondering what you guys thought about a freshman in highschool dating a senior because i've really started to like this guy and he likes me too. Is it too big of an age difference? Will people start spredding rumors about me "giving" him something for him to b going out with me?

i think its fine as long as you both like each other. when i was a freshman..14/15 years old..my mom probably would not have liked ME dating a senior.,..but all parents are different. i think its fine as long as its a healthy relationship and you both like each other.

yes, people may spread rumors. its the way high school works..rumors are spread..lies are spread..drama..its all apart of highh school.. ignore those who are jealous..have nothing better to do than spread rumors..ignore it all..they will eventually fade..hopefully you will be lucky and no rumors will spread.

1 yr and 1 month is too long to just end the relationship. give him time to cool off..and when he repsonds again..talk things out with him and then do the whole kiss and make up thing :)

i have been cutting since 5th grade, im going into 9th now. I don't want to stop because i love the way it feels, and its the only thing that helps me to forget the things i dont want to have to remember anymore. Ive tried stopping before but i physically can not do it. Im so attached to it. But, i cant get caught anymore, and i hate the scars i have all over my body. can anyone help me..?

well, wouldnt you want to be able to deal with pain the correct way? wouldnt you want to be able to get through this cutting thing ? no more scars or blood..getting back to being healthy. you have to have to have to contact a professional..a therapist or something. there are places sort of like rehab for children 18 and under you can go to..they are there for behavior probs,cutting,alcohol and drug abuse, etc.
i think the answer to not getting caught and not having scars all over, is to get help. end this. you can pull through. be strong.others are going through the same thing you are.

well being that he has a player reputation, maybe get to know him and hang out with him..you know, get into things slowly. watch out for signs that hes only playing you..these signs may include:
-seeming to only want to hookup with you whenever your together
- only hanging out with you when his friends or othr girls are busy
-seeing him be a little tooo flirty with other girls.
these are only a couple.
there is a chance this guy can really like you..but i would play it safe because nobody wants to get played.

ok heres the deal, My mom and 2 others helped a woman she works with, with the after funneral thing for her son who died in a car crash. As a gift this woman gave each of the 3(my mom and 2 others) a gift card to a restraunt. Well we go to use the gift card and there is no history on it and it hasnt been activeated.( we had another gift card, too that we used). My family wants to know if you would confront the woman who spent Maybe a good deal of money on it.(i assume anywhere between $25 and $100). Should she be told that it wasnt activated like the person who did it was wrong and hopefully she has a reciept, or do we not mention it. How would you tell her that her gift was worth $0?

usually when people give me gift cards they ask "so how did you like the restaurant?" or "did yuou buy something you liked?" ..if this lady brings it up mention "actually there was a problem with the card.."

you could also say "we love the restarant you gave us the gift card for..but for some reason it didnt work"

um, i am a virgin and all. and thats kinda the problem. most of my freinds arent virgins, and i get made fun of. even my father had sex when he was like 12. and its driving me practilly INSANE! im sixteen years old, and i "enjoy" myself almost daily. i am speaking the embarassing truth. one of the minor reasong why i bought a computer was so i could look up porn. and i tell myself all the time ill stop "enjoying" myself once i actually have sex. and thats put me at ease for awhile. i mean, other that that i ok, besides sucking my thumb.one time, a prostistute was asking if i wanted a good time, and as sad as it may sound, i was saeiously considering it. and thats when i knew i had issues. so the actual question would be: do i have problems? is this humane? shold i go out and see a shrink? please, this took alot of courage to admit this, so, please,dont judge me.

if your parents brought you a computer so you can look at porn..thats pretty sick..i dont think i know one parent who would buy their child a computer and encourage them to watch porn or to have sex. you dont need sex...enjoying yourself is fine..and even when you decide your READY FOR SEX...you could and should still enjoy yourself.

i dont think you need to see a shrink..i think your parents do for wanting you to look at porn and have sex.

dont have sex until your so0o ready you know you will never regret it..dont do it just because
