haha im 13 male same as you and i had the same problom but after i told her i did it sorta nicei said it jsut diident feel liek a relashon ship even though i never liekd her in the first place lol and she asked me out any ways i was like we cant see each other ever cuz we couldent but you can say like um im sorry i rrally like you but were not ment to be but you know ofter you dump her she will be a total bitch just warning you........

-- you should also try to break up with her on the phone, or even better. in person. because over the internet or a text message just shows that you have no balls and then she'll tell her friends who will tell her friends who will tell their friends . . . and so on. and then you'll be known as the aHOLE ex boyfriend who dumped his girlfriend with a text or online.
every girl is going to get hurt when they get dumped. unless of course, she feels the same way. so don't expect her to walk away smiling and singing. just tell her that you don't really think she's the type for you, but that doesn't make her a bad person. and from there try to stay friends with her. be friendly and don't two-face her. just don't say, let's be friends. because most couples that use that line when they break up -- don't stay friends.
