My best "guy friend"
okay well whoever tells me an advice to this, thank you very much!!!!!<33 XOXO, Anyways well I have this friend and hes a guy, hes the most SWEETEST, caring, understanding, fun, guy i ever MET IN MY LIFE, he's so funny and EVERYTHING, the thing is hes like my best FRIEND and I Would NEVER take him as a bf or anything it just feels weird!!!But all of a sudden I really LIKE HIM!!!and I dont want to go out with him because it would feel akward and i dont take him that way!! but I really like him!! and I have no idea what to do!!!!!:X :[

I would talk to him about it. Best friends make the best lovers, ya know?? Besides, if your friendship is truly THAT great, then I'm shore it can overcome any obstacles that might come it's way. Just be bold, be honest, and go for it. It's the *ONLY* way to know FOR SHORE if he likes you or not. You can *ASSUME* he does alllll you want, but you'll NEVER know exactly how he feels unless it's coming straight from his lovely face.

omg im in the exact same position. i asked him out and it lasted like a day cos it felt weird but i regret it soo much! this was like 2 years ago and i still regret it now. and now hes leaving to live in australia. so i want to tell him how i feel before he goes but just tell him how you feel. you never know whats going to change just tell him what you feel towards him and see what he says. just go with the flow.

aww i know your feeling..ive gone though it a bunch of times and in fact im kinda going through it now...weell is your friend into this guy? if you know she is..then they are bound to get together so i wouldnt say anything..but if she isnt..maybe have a friend mention how you like him..or ask him what he thinks if you two hooked up...o0or you can let the feelings go..in a couple months they will probably be gone..if you dont want to go out with him because of awkwardness your options are to eithrr
A) Hookup with him..this could work if its what you want.
B) Dont do anything about it and wait for the next guy to come along.

Okay, if your afraid of messing up your friendship then you should decide which is more important to you. Would you like to be more then friends with him and take the chance that you'll work out and even if you don't that you'll go back to being good friends or do you wanna make certain that you don't screw things up and remain friends. I think, just my POV, that you should give it time and see if you still have these feelings about him a few weeks from now and maybe then if you don't still feel this way then you won't have to decide. OR maybe the feelings you are having is a love for him as a best friend, kinda like you would love your brother. And perhaps it's just your friendship growing closer. Just give it time, that's the best thing I think she should do right now.

he seems like a great guy, but if you don't want to ruin the friendship with you guys that's understandable, plus you said you'd feel awkward. if you think it'll ruin your friendship with him, that's wrong, because my bf is my best friend and we have a really great relationship together, and it isn't awkward whatsoever. juss do whatever you feel comfortable with.

If you do not want to go out with him, don't. It'd only upset you.
What I'd suggest is to develop a bit of a stronger friendship with him. I mean, it sounds like it is at the point where you are best friends, but you may want to start doing even more for each other.
