ok well i'm a 16 yr old gurl and i just recently started going out with a friend of mine like 3weeks ago on thursday and i ador him......my first question is, is it weird that i might love him already? like i feel so confortable with him....and the other question is......i want to have sex with him...but is it to soon? like he knows i'm a virgin and he doesnt care to wait but i want to.

Is it weird that you might love him? Hm. No, not really. It's very possible you could. But the key word in your question is "might". One of the great questions in the universe is "how do you know?" I think that if you have to ask that question, you don't love him. You have great affection for him, yes, but it's not the same as love.

Now, personally, I do think it is too soon. But that is YOUR decision. It is okay to want sex. Most people do. Your body is developed, so physically you are ready for sex. But are you emotionally ready? A few generations ago, it was common for thirteen-year-olds to get married. That's not such a big occurence anymore. People have changed, society has changed and the mindset of young adults has changed. It's natural to want sex, you're an animal after all (never forget that). But just because you want something does not mean you are ready for it just yet. Ask yourself if you are really, truly ready and do some serious soul-searching before you decide. Also, you both should be tested for STDs (it doesn't matter that you're a virgin! Get tested!) and you definitely should use a condom.

You know how most girls like dating guys that are older than them. Some girls at my school like dating younger guys. And I was just wondering how many years apart do you think is 'too old' or 'too young' to date?

Okay, first, this is just my opinion. Don't base your whole life on it, I'm just telling you what I think, which is what you asked for. It depends on the actual age group. Like, if there was a woman who was thirty, dating a twenty five year old is not that bad. And if the woman was like fifty-four and the man was forty-three, that's also not bad. As a seventeen-year-old, I would probably go out with someone who was fifteen or even fourteen. But I pretty much think thirteen is the minimum age for dating. If a thirteen-year-old is dating someone younger than her, that's kinda gross. How younger are these guys?! Eleven? EIGHT? Robbing the cradle much? Yesh.

But whatever. It's their decision, I guess. Don't judge them by it, if that's why you were asking. But if you were asking because you were thinking of going out with one of these "younger guys" *cough--little boys cough*, then I suggest you wait a few years. Ta!

You don't want a guy if the only reason he likes you is so he can look up your skirt. Guys say that kind of thing. They say it to pretty much every girl they think is attractive. And just because they think a girl is attractive doesn't mean they actually like that girl. And how well do you really know "this girl"? If she's not your best friend forever, she really has no credibility when it comes to things like this. She was probably just kidding around. Sorry, but I think you're getting worked up over nothing.

-It depends on your definition of virginity. Personally I think the concept is stupid. Virgin means pure, and we as humans are equally pure and impure from birth. But if depends on what you think.

-Only if he has an open cut or dirt on his finger. Make him wash his hands with hot, soapy water first.

i was thinking of kinda having a party/get together for my birthday and i was thinking we'd play cards (great idea w/my kinda friends) eat, watch a movie, and then play man hunt (game outside when it's dark) now i have a guy friend and he has a girlfriend. she has a hate list of people she obviously hates... and i'm not sure if i'm on there, but i don't really want to invite her to my house... do you think she'd get mad if i had him over (with a bunch of people) and not her?

I think you should invite her and be nice to her, you never know, you might be on her love list. I would not want to be friends with that kind of girl, either, let alone invite her to my house, but you really should be nice to her. However, you can say to your guy friend that he is invited and if he wants he can bring her. He might use his own judgement and decide that she really shouldn't come. And that way you don't have to directly invite her. If you are on her hate list, she probably won't want to go so in that case you have nothing to worry about.

Just wear nice clothes and shower every day, and be nice to them...say their names when you talk to them...make male friends. Smile and make eye contact, stuff like that. But really, don't obsess over it. There are more important things than guys.

Okay, I know why this would bother you, and I feel your pain. But sometimes people are just mean and annoying. Personally, I would just forgive the guys for being guys and let it go. But I wouldn't do that all the time. If I was talking to a guy and he was looking at my boobs and not paying attention, I'd probably say loudly "Hey, my mouth is up here. Stop being a perv." Or if it was really extreme, I'd actually grab his chin and move his head up so he was looking me in the eye. And if I was just sitting there talking to someone else and a guy was staring at me, I'd yell at him or maybe throw a rubber frog at him. *shrug* But for the most part, I would just ignore it, because they're guys and if they find my body attractive, that's just fine. How old are you and how old are these guys? Because I'm seventeen and in 12th grade, and the guys I hang out with are respectful. They might sneak glances at certain body parts, but for the most part they just talk to me like normal people. So these boys will probably mature sooner or later. Or you can bind your breasts.

Is this only on the internet, or is it on the computer in general? If it's only in your internet browser, look on the top where it says "File, Edit, etc" and look for things like "preferences", "options", or "internet options". I can't tell you exactly because I don't know your internet browser. If it's on the whole computer, go to your desktop and right click, then go to properties and there should be a setting for monitor size.

Psh. You're not too old to dress up. I'm 17 and I dress up. People in college dress up all the time. Some people...*glances around*...dress up when it's NOT Halloween! Like at Medieval faires and anime conventions! Besides, if you go trick-or-treating without dressing up, some people might not give you candy. Once a guy came to my house with a shirt that said "I'm not wearing a costume, give me my candy." So I didn't give him any candy. Also, dressing up is fun. But do whatever you want! If you think you are too mature for a super-cool tradition, that's fine.

Please, don't obsess over your weight. It's good to eat non-junky food and exercise, it's bad to become totally obsessed with looking skinny and perfect like all the models. Besides, if it's about guys (which it usually is), they tend to like a girl with some meat on her. There are plenty of beautiful girls that are bigger--you are one of them! You are never going to look perfect, and everybody has a few things that they hate about their bodies. It really saddens me to see how many young women are so obsessed with losing weight just to meet certain standards.

Look how pretty those girls are!

Trust me, even the "skinny" girls hate their bodies. They probably want to be less boney! And models don't even look that way in real life. Their bras are stuffed, their faces are airbrushed, and they've been retouched to the max. And that girl who sits behind you in math class, who has the oh-so-perfect body, slim waist, and kickin curves...probably has something really gross under her miniskirt! Who knows?

1. You can't just learn to speak fluent Spanish. It will take time and effort. There are probably a lot of websites that have guidelines, basic vocabulary, etc. There are also many programs on CD rom that teach languages, and books as well as audio CDs. Most high schools have a Spanish class.

2. Football is something that has to be learned practically, which means that you have to DO it to learn it. As with the Espanol, there are probably websites out there (try a search engine like google.com!!) that will give you the basics, but you can't learn that kind of thing from a website.

*sigh* Well, you're just going to have to deal with it. In a perfect world, you'd tell him about it and he'd be willing to give it a shot, and then you'd live happily ever after. But this world isn't perfect (that's why we have Walgreens xD sorry, had to!) and it will most likely not work out like that. But people get crushes all the time. I've had crushes on my friends (and I'm a bi girl, just so you know) and will probably continue to have them for a while. Don't worry about what you don't have.
