I'm a junior in high school and i think i have a lot of friends. i'm not popular. but i'm not like a complete loner who has no friends. i have a lot of friends but i'm not like SUPER good friends with them. like say for example, there's an event going on, nobody asks me if i want to go with them, because they already have a group of friends to go with.
I really need advice on what to do.. i dont have trouble 'making' friends per say.. i just need advice on what to do because most of my friends belong with other groups of friends whom i dont know. and most of my friends dont know my other friends. what do i do? By my senior year, i want to have a kick ass year without worrying about which friends are my true friends.
my best friend who lives in a different state than me, told me that i need to throw a party and introduce all of my friends to each other.. i would do that except i SUCK at planning. every party or event i've planned, has turned into dirt and gone down the drain. i can't plan something for my life.. so what do i do??
please i'm desperate.. i've been feeling like this for a looong time since 7th grade and i'm sick of feeling like this. i keep telling myself that things are going to change and that this wont happen again, but it does. helpppp

You mentioned ' i would do that except i SUCK at planning', well you can go up to your 'friends' and ask them to help you plan the party and that way you can get close to those friends plus do a very sucessful nice party you would enjoy.

He is just one of those jerks out there. The whole 'it's not you, it's me' line, it's BULLSHIT. It means he is bored of the relationship.
And just what the person under me mentioned, he is confused and a confused man isn't ready for a serious relationship.
And also the fact that he hooks up with some slut after breaking up with you, thats the sign where you get and it means 'he is a total jerk.
Don't get your hopes high and try to get over him unless he comes to you and give you a great explaintion for what he did and ask you out again.

Okay, so I'm 19/f, my boyfriend is 17, going on 18.
We've been together for a couple of years now.
He's one of those "it's my way or the highway" type of people which can be really frustrating.
Over the past couple of years we've had good times but it seems like when I think about it, all I can remember is all the shit he's done to me..and I have always been a pushover about everything. He's just so inconsiderate in so many ways..
But, like I said there are good times too, so I don't want to make him out to be a complete jerk.
But anyway, lately I've been thinking a lot that I might be better off without him, because he basically controls every aspect of my life.
We've been fighting a lot more lately because I've started taking up for myself more and we've come really close to breaking up several times. But every time that we start talking about it I just get so scared because I guess he's just all I know anymore..I'm so used to him being around and it's hard to think about him not being there anymore. So, basically I just want to know what to do and if maybe it's possible for two people to be meant for each other, but just not right now?

Listen it seems like you care for this guy but he isn't the guy you want obviously. Every time he does something that upsets you and you talk to him about it, he flips out and you can't stand up for yourself because you are scared to loose him. I am not judging here, I am not saying he is a bad guy because i don't know him.
But My sister's ex husband was like that, she cared about him so much but he was so controlling, they met in highschool senor year and got married after college but then she realized it was mistake, she just didn't want to leave him because she was used to him and that was always her excuse when i warned her.
If your are questioning yourself, you don't love him enough to stay with him because you WILL explode one day and it's going to make drama.
But always one tip, if you are seriously ready to go with the flow than you wouldn't question yourself.
Make a wise decision but remember the decision is supposed to make you happy and it's okay to be selfish.

My boyfriend and I were having sex before bed the other night and he said 'i love you'. He's the type to talk dirty and usually loudly, which he had been, and then between kisses he kind of muttered 'i love you' and i guess the time it took me to sort of freak out in my head was too long of a wait for him and he resumed his loud dirty talk. Unfortunately, i said 'i love you too' at the same time and am unsure if he heard me reply. This could mean one of two things, he didn't hear me and thinks i don't mean it, or he did hear me and is possibly freaking out because it was a slip of the tongue.
If he had said it prior to this situation, I wouldn't be freaking out as much, but it's because it was the first time we said it, and I'm not sure how accurate the statement is during sex. We do care about eachother, I know that for a fact, but we've never used the L word before, which is why I'm worried. Worried in the sense that 'did he mean it?' and also in the sense that if he didn't mean to say it, is he freaked that i responded positively to his freudian slip.

Well from experience it sucks balls when it's confusing...
I said it once accidentally and god was it hard and confusing.
Look if you love him and you are sure about it then be straightforward and tell him that but ask him if he meant it first because it would suck if you say it and then he doesn't say it back or if you say it and then he says it back just because he doesn't want you to feel bad.
But if you don't love him then if he said he meant it, then tell him exactly how you feel, and exactly so you don't have to hurt him.
Look I had this thing with my ex which we can say "I love you" but it doesn't mean we are in love just so, while having sex or talking on the phone we say "I love you" it sounds better than "I like you", you can do that so if you felt like saying "I love you" it only means you like him but you have to specifically say "I'm in love with you" which means you are in love with him.
Extra tip: You have been dating for two months and I think that's not very long for the 'in love' part and you should take it slow

Well the person before me mentioned, self-confidence issues and that is totally true, and it doesn't have to be looks the problem of his lack of confidence but it's a possibilities.
It's nice to hear that you don't mind that you're out of his league but the problem is he might mind, like once this guy was way out of my league and when he said he likes me I didn't believe him. So you have to make it clear to him that you absolutely like him and that you don't care about the whole looks issue.
The whole attention thing, is misunderstood. Well guys best part of getting a girl is the chase or you can call it hunt, so that's what he means. He doesn't want a girl to give in to him, he wants someone hard to get but that doesn't mean you have to show him that you don't like him.
Here is what you should do...
You talk three hours a day, well while you guys are talking randomly say "Wait, I will call you back, This really cute guy just signed in on msn" or "This really cute guy is calling on my cell" and call him after like 30 minutes, while telling him something like "Oh my god this guy is so adorable"
Like don't completely ignore him but make him feel like you are hard to get
Like mention something along the lines of "This guy thinks he can get me easily haha"
And when he flirts with girls, don't frown but play hard like flirt obviously with guys in front of him and from time to time flirt with him randomly and when you feel he is getting into it, just leave, make up an excuse like you need to use the bathroom and keep him hanging so he thinks your not interested but then ask him out on a friendly date to a movie with an excuse your dying to see this movie that just came out. And then hook up with him and the next day act as if nothing happened and if he didn't ask you out then that's where you have to grow some balls and ask him out. Hehe.

If she asks you for money and you refuse to give her, then you don't and if she makes a scene because she such a drama queen, yell back and the attention she wants so bad, get it for yourself, that would teach her a lesson.
But all in all, in general, if i was in your shoes, I'd probably slap her across the face so hard, and never speak to her again.
It's kind of confusing why do you speak to her? She doesn't seem like someone you like to hang out with so don't give her a chance to control you.
Simply tell her "You shut the hell up or I will make you"
And if she invites herself over your house without asking for a permission from you (which is unbelievable rude) , open the door and tell her "You aren't invited here" and slam it in her face.
This girl got to take what she deserves, and I advice you to give it to her and yell back louder than she ever expects, don't be afraid of her, if she's being a bitch be 10x times worse.

Well, bleeding again can be just a normal disorder.. When I popped my cherry I didn't bleed and after having sex for a very long time I start bleeding, strange but not dangerous.
The bad smell, it can be infection that is related but that's not my say, you have to see a doctor.

Heyyy. Okay so my boyfriend is fifteen (sixteen in a month) and is a sophomore. I am fourteen and a freshman. We haven't been dating long. Like, about a month and a half I think and almost everything is perfect. He's adorably cute and totally awesome. The one problem is he gets really protective of me around his friends. I guess you could say his friends are... bad? Hahah, I don't know... My bf isn't bad but his buddies are all sophomore boys and they you know, I guess, don't really respect me? Like one of them hits on me all the time and one like smacks my butt. They mean it jokingly and I know they don't actually like me, I think they just do it to make my boyfriend mad. And he gets mad... But he loves his friends and they really are nice but this is just how they pick on him. I think the best way to deal with this situation without making it complicated or confusing is to talk to your boyfriend about it and be straightforward..
Well my ex's friends used to jump on me and literally hump me while asleep but they were only messing around and we were close so there was no problems because obviously my boyfriend didn't get over protective or upset.
Just ask your boyfriend what would make him happy or better, and how you can help him with what's going on plus if he is not going to give you privacy around his friends, it's going to get really annoying later on.

Recently, my friend has been talking about how "hot" he thinks his teacher his. He keeps saying he fantasizes about her and he worships her. He said he likes walking past her room having excuses just to walk by her, he said he wants to buy the yearbook and school newsaper just to oogle and "jerk off" at any pictures of her in them. I myself have a big crush on my english teacher, I never attend classes but english to a point that my principal talked to me about it haha he is a male and most teenagers like teachers, plus like they are more mature and have more mature stuff ;) so that's why.

i was watching the movie "Adventureland" and they were... im guessing 18-19 and smoking pot and drinking. I know smoking pot and under aged drinking is illegal and that its just a movie but, is it ok to do those things at that age? Does everybody do it? i'm usually 100% a good girl (A+ student) etc. And would never consider smoking pot or drinking, but i can't help but wonder... Yes you're right mostly teenagers your age or maybe older do them, but of course they are reasons, like teenagers aren't mature enough, teenagers is the highway to being mature but it doesn't mean your mature enough. It could be a lot of reasons of why teenagers mostly do drugs; like for example, boredom is a major reason why teenagers do them or curiosity like why you thinking of them, or trying to fit in so you can be labeled as an badass and etc...
Honestly when I was your age, I used to drink, do drugs and all of this crap. So I am going to speak from self-experience.
I was curios, but stupid because I didn't know there would be consequences and I was also fearless.
You have to study about pot/alcohol before trying them because they affect your attitude, behavior, feelings and your emotions.. and if you want to become that person than go on try them but if you want to be that good girl, don't do them.
Why is drugs forbidden if they make us happy?
Because they make us too happy (confused aren't you?). I will explain ..
Human beings aren't capable of being extremely sad or happy, we are balanced, because if we get too happy and something very small like someone snapping at you, can get you depressed. Which is not good, because that would lead to suicide/destroying your life.
Why can't we drink alcohol till we are 21?
Because we don't have full control ..
When you get drunk, you can do something you don't want to do and next day that would affect you emotionally
Like loosing your virginity or saying stuff you shouldn't/don't want to say.

So I am on my 31st day and so my period should be starting. Me and my boyfriend both 11 days and 19 days after my period last month had sex and we were protected with a condom. Look guys have a terrible way of communication and that is true but if a guy wants to get to a girl, he will no matter what happens.
What's been said in that movie is so true, like a guy can pretend to be interested but he isn't, and all your girlfriends keeps reassuring you and saying stuff like "he will call" and crap.. They are trying to be nice but they some how hurt you by getting your hopes high.
If he was seriously/ truly interested he will call you or should have called you already I guess.
If a guy doesn't call then why should you? If he didn't take 2 minutes of his time to call or text, then why should you? Usually people say "why don't you?" well I'll tell you why.. A guy hasn't called (Obviously not interested) or maybe he is busy -I will never know- but my point is if you call him and he rejects you or goes out with you for pity that's going to get the situation more complicated, and that would also hurt you.
I go with a NO, if he didn't call or text, then you shouldn't call or text either. But if he did, then you should go out with him.
I mean come on they are plenty hot guys out there, he isn't the last one or the better one. So screw him if he didn't call, it's okay don't let that play with your confidence.

If you want to be with him, you should be with him no matter what people say/think. But be on your parent's good side even if it's going to cost you lying, because if they did anything to him because they wanted to look after you and all this crap, it will suck.
My sister is 16 and she just moved in with her 19 year old boyfriend. My dad disagreed but she didn't care, and my mom didn't really care. The thing is my sister didn't give up, and they want to get married first she turns 18 which is crazy but as long as it makes them happy it's sane.
If it makes you happy by being with him, then you should stand by your word.
Explain to your parents how you exactly feel, and if your feelings are mature, i think your parents are mature enough to realize that and support you.
