If you cannot lay your hands on Tea Tree Oil , some spot creams work such as Ten-O-Six , Clearasil etc

Tea Tree Oil. It smell terrible, but it works. Can
't guarantee it will work overnight, but it does work fast. If this is a professional photoshoot, won't they have a makeup artist there to help you. They know how to cover pimples, you won't see them in the photo. They call also touch up the photo to remove any blemishes you may have.
So don't worry. Best thing you can do is get a good nights sleep.
