ok...so i tried out for my cheerleading squad at my school last year ,and i didn't make it=[ i think the reason i didnt was because i couldn't do any gymnastics. im good at the cheers and jumps_ i just can't do any gymastics, i can't even do a cartwheel!!(i know pathetic right?) so.. ive been looking online for private gymnastics lessons, but i cant find any on my area(i live in PA) and even the ones that ARE in PA, are in philli, which isnt excatly the closets location, so i was wondering if anyone knows a gymnastics/cheer coaching place with private lessons (for beginners) around the montgomery.king of prussia area, the requiriments to make the squad are a back hand spring and a running back hand-spring, but if you know more things (such as roundoffs,cartwheels etc.) it helps your chances by alot!!! the tryouts are held in june,, so that means Ill have plenty of time to learn, but if you can't find a private lesson place, then can your just give me some tips on how to do a back-handspring,roundofff,and cartwheels, but if you are giving advice about how to do the stunts, i prefer it be by a cheerleader or a gymnastics or cheerleading coach

Well, the easiest way to find a private lesson gym, use the phone book, im sure they have bunches of names and listings. I am a cheerleader and did gymnastics for 5 years. For cartwheels, roundoffs, and backhandsprings, you need a mat, or a very squishy surface. Basically all you do, squat down, halfway down to the surface, put you hands fully up, coverng your ears, and then jump bakwards makingsure the palms of your hand are face up. This particular gymnastics move, isnt that diffucult, but I would deffinelty look into having a coach help you with this, if you are concered about getting injured, then deffinetly get help the first few times doing this. If you start now, you should be all set for when the tryouts come in June. Good Luck && I hope I helped a bit. -emily

Okay well I'm 13 and I've had acne scince I was early 12 years old.I think I'm quite pretty but I think I could reach my full potentiol without the acne.I was wondering if anyone has something free or very cheap [like under 5 bucks] and hopefully natural but doesn't have to be for my acne.I'll love you forever I swear ! lol so please help.

i never had acne problems, but I have these bumps on my face, and im sure what i use shoul dbe good for acne also. This product is from bath + body works, its Lemongrass. It costs about $18 [i dont know if thats your budget] but, all you do, when you get into the shower, you take the lemongrass, and not to much, just a little to smear on the whole face, it has rough partices in it, so when you smear it on our face, you want to rub it as hard as you can, so the particles get into your skin and nourishes it. try this, it will work + it is totally worth it. && i hope i helped! -emily

Has anyone ever taken a People to People trip? I got a thing in the mail from them, and I can go to Ireland, London, and Walsh for it. It would be for about 20 days over the summer [I'd be 16 by then]. Anyways, this trip is very expensive, so I wanna make sure it's worth it. I'm pretty shy, so I think this would be good for me.

Has anyone gone on this trip? What do you do? Is it worth it?
Anything you know about it would be appreciated.

hey =] well, i have never been on a People to People trip, but I have gotten invited several times. It says that a lot of people go at a time, and that you will meet people from around the world, and the country. I think this will be great for you if you are shy! You will meet a lot of new people and maybe become close friends with a few of them, i think it is deffinetly worth it, and that London will be incredibly fun. I went there with my family in 3rd grade, and I loved it. There is so much to do there, except it rains a lot. We only had a few sunny days. I think this trip is totally worth it for you, good luck + have fun!

well, most people use hellium and it makes their voice squeeky, and thats probably what you wana do except its not to great for you, so dont do it often

well i just want to know what does it mean when you skip a period.Because like i didnt have my period for september and usaully i have it at the end of the month but i didnt have one.And i want to know is it nomarl,and this is the first tinme it every happen to me so whats going on.

nothing to worry about. your period is irregular. you arent going to get your period around the same time every month when your period is irregular, so your period will come soon, dont worryy ;]

ok well, does your best friend like him back? if she does, then thats a problem. and the first thing, you need to talk to your best friend about this first. THEN talk to the guy and see what he says, then talk to them together then straighten things out, then if he says that he doesnt like your best friend, then go for it!

My best friend and her boyfriend have been going out for 11 months. I know he means everything to her and she genuinely loves him.
Well, I heard today from a friend that he has cheated on her twice, once relatively soon after they'd been going out and once about a month ago. The thing is, this friend heard it from another friend, who in turn heard it from a friend of the boyfriend. I don't know what the likeliness of it being true is, to be honest - although I've never really liked him and it does seem to fit his character.
This would ruin my friend if it was true. I was wondering whether I should tell her or not - if I told her and it wasn't true, she'd probably hate me forever as it would mess up her relationship and really upset her in the mean time. But if I don't tell her, and it is true - isn't that worse?! I really have no idea what to do, I don't want to lose my friend but I don't want her to get hurt either.

hey (: maybe before you are ready to tell her, i think youu should find out a little bit more of what happened and find out teh whole story, and talk to your best friend's boyfriend, and is he admitts it, then yes, go ahead and deffinetely tell your best friend, you wouldnt want her getting hurt even more. find out more information and then decide if its the right time to tell her.

Last year i was dating this boy and it wasnt really normal. At first i didnt like him and we both said a lot of stuf f behind eachothers backs that we didnt find out about until after we broke upand it hurt both of us. He was my first kiss and we were adorable together. But thats over. And hes turned into a bit of a whore. I mean, hes had like 10 girlfriends since we broke up a little bit before the summer.
But that dosent matter. Ive been kind of getting over everything since then, just because i really dnt wnt to get into somthing else with someone else and still like my ex. But now im missing being such a flirt, and having lovey dovey conversations. How do i get back into that? I miss having exciting stories to tell my friends and having a sweet text always waiting for me on my phone. Is it healthy to be that attatched to a boy? I went and saw Transformers last night(parts of it were funny, but i didnt understand the rest lol. it was very confusing). When Sam and the girl(i forgot her name) were in his bedroom and the robots were in his backyard and his parents came in, what were those lines? I think she is just trying to show off in front of the guy. Does she act thiss wayy around evety guy ? If not, then you can sense that she is showing off. Believe me, I went through that, and all my friends were mad at me. I learned my lesson and stopped showing off. You dont need to act different around a guy then you do around your friends. I think you should keep her as a friend, she will relize that she is doing something stupid and she will get over it. You can maybe even ignore her for a little while and she will know that you are ignoringher and she'll eventually stop. Noything to loosee a friendshipp overr (:

Well, what you could do, is talk to them about it. Try to make the family a whole again. Nothin will change unless you take an act on it (: This has happened to me before too. And you know what, when they fight, scream as LOUD as you can. Then sit them down to talk, and tell them to listen to YOU for once. Thats what I do, and believe me, it helps a WHOLE LOT (:
