Can Drinking lots of water speed up your period? Is there anything that can? Im about to go on vation in 5days and im not sure i will be off then.

Nope. no way to speed it up. For your period to be less intense, exercise helps. you may not feel like it but you'll prolly feel better.

I don't think so. Nothing can really "speed" your period up. Just take it as it comes. It won't last forever.
