Question:
whenever i klick 'upload photos' a window opens telling me that the memory could not be read & then i have to close everything. and at the top of the window it says 'iexplore.exe'
what can i do against this. i tried firefox & internet explorer.
My Answer:
Hmm . . . What is your Java version or when was the last time you update your Java? (I am talking about Java, NOT JavaScript.)
Try update your Java from here and see if the problem is fixed: http://www.java.com/en/
As for temporary fix, when you go to the upload page, look on your right, you will see this line, ""Upload photos to share with friends and family.
If you don't see the Upload Photo form below, click here""
Click on that and use the old uploader--it should work. Here's the screenshot: http://i954.photobucket.com/albums/ae22/Ng2491/Screenshots/MySpaceUploaderv01aGIF.gif
Question:
I really need a guy to lean on right now, short term or long term relationship would be good for me :(
But I will probably never find a guy for years because I'm 15 and pregnant, what kind of guy wants to date a girl thats having a kid?
Guys please answer. Be completely honest.
My Answer:
You asked for honest answer so I will be honest. If any part of my answer offend you, I am sorry. With that in mind, here goes:
A guy who would like to be in a romantic relationship with a pregnant 15-year-old girl? Most likely that's NOT going to happen. Even if you do find someone like that, he probably would just be in it for the temporary "benefits" then breakup with you at the crucial moment, or he could be just in it out of sympathy; even if someone honestly wants to be your boyfriend, his parents and friends would be against it. When you are older--about twenty-something or above--then yes, definitely someone will love to be in a romantic relationship with you despite anything. But right now, it's near impossible.
Someone (includes both guy and girl) whom you can lean on? Oh definitely! In situations like this, your closest friends would be a big help for you. You can always lean on them, can you not? (Well, providing that you have good friends.)
=======================
Another thing is that I suggest you to
1. go to a doctor and have a check for STDs . . . and, more importantly,
2. talk with your parents and doctor about aborting the baby (in other words, I am suggesting an ABORTION).
Now, please be aware that abortion will hurt you both mentally and physically--whether you are in the right condition for an abortion or not will be determine by your doctor and parents--but it would be for your own good . . . and the baby as well.
If you are twenty-something years old or above, then things would probably be easier, because you would be capable of supporting yourself; not to mention that finding a man who would love you despite that would be a lot easier too. But you are just fifteen years old--you cannot even support yourself, never mind about a child. Your body is not ready for this; your mind is not ready for this; your condition is not ready for this either. How, I ask you, are you planning to raise the child? It would be heavy burden for both you and your parents.
Adoption might be an alternative. But we must always remember that "giving birth" is merely the final part of producing a child. The process take around 40 weeks; it does not just go "BAM!," here's the baby, take him. There are a lot of factors that can and will affect the child's health--which could lead to short term or long term problems later on--during that 9 months of pregnancy; not to mention that your high-school life would be more or less destroyed, too. To be honest with you, I do NOT think keeping that baby is a good idea, unless abortion is impossible for you.
If you are a religious person or someone who thinks of abortion as murder, then please understand that religion and common morals (moral and ethics are different things, by the way) oftentimes separate good and bad as white and black; while in reality, much of everything is not really pure white or black, but they are rather "grey"--nothing is always right, just as nothing is always wrong.
Again, talk with your parents about it, talk with your doctor about it. All of this are nothing more than a suggestion from a stranger--I may not be right. Your family, your doctor, and yourself are the ones that know what truly is good for you. Please try to listen to what they have to say, even though they might be harsh at you.
---
Hope this helps,
Ng2491 :-)
P.S. Since abortion is rather a sensitive subject, if you (anyone who reads this) have anything to direct at me--ranging from flames to opinions (e.g. "ur a god damn murderer @#$%$%" to "In my opinion . . . because such and such")--please send them to my Advicenator inbox or email me at ng2491[at]sent[dot]com rather than (do NOT) post them here. Thank you!
Question:
I do this exercise routine pretty much everyday..
1) 25 sit-ups.
2) 25 "backward" sit-ups. (You know..its like a sit-up but with ur legs moving up and down instead of stomach)
3) 20 of this waist exercise
4) 35 of another waist exercise
5) 15 lunges for each leg
6) 15 squats
7) The plank. I do that 30 seconds twice.
8) I lift 5 lb weights on each arm 20 times.
9) 10 more times of just lifting the 5 lb weight.
Then I'm done..
It get's quite annoying doing this every night..but I feel the need to =/ I don't know why. I'm not fat or anything. I used to be which is why I started exercising in the first place.I just do it every night now. But, I know it's a lot. I just want some advice on whether I should cut down how much I do or what?
Everytime I try to limit myself to 6 days a week..I feel like I'm going to get fat again. I probably have some kind of problem lol I don't know :( Help?!
Thankyou.
My Answer:
With just that much information, no one can tell accurately whether you are over-exercising or not. We don't know what your body type is; we don't know how your physical and mental conditions are; we don't know whether you have any illnesses; we don't know your daily nutrition intake rate. It's really hard to answer this question because we know close to nothing about you. In fact, normal users would not even know that you are a 16-year-old girl (though premium members do see that).
=============================
So basically what I am saying is . . . that you would be the only one who knows yourself best; you should know how much is too much. Here's how you can determine that:
Intensive exercises use up tremendous amount of energy, and your body typically burns carbohydrates for fuel, which usually under glycogen form. When the carbohydrates supplies run out, your body will turn to fat and protein--and if you have been eating too little or no eating at all, protein will become the source energy. Where's all that protein come from? The answer is the excessive protein and your very own muscles. If the stored protein is inadequate, then your body will start to break down your muscles to get the protein, convert it, and burn for fuel. In other words, your body will start to cannibalizes itself to obtain the necessary energy to serve the need.
If you only exercise to stay fit, then you should stop at the point where you "hit the wall" (when you are at your limit). It is NOT necessary to strain yourself to the point where you feel pain--SORE is all right, but pain is NOT. You need to be able to differentiate between "soreness" and "pain." Exercise to the point where you can barely walk is fine, but if you exercise to the point where you feel fatigue, muscles/joint ache, insomnia, or headache, then you might want to decrease your rate a little.
Also, you mentioned "get fat again" so I will make a remark on this, since we talking about muscles anyway. One of the typical way that people use to lose fat is starve themselves or some would go on a zero-carbohydrate diet. When there's no carbohydrate, your body resort to fat and protein. And when your body gets to starvation level caloric input--which is 50% of calories needed for maintenance of current weight or less--it will automatically MINIMIZE fat consumption and turn to other sources for fuel--protein is what it seek first, heh.
In other words, when you starve yourself in order to lose fat, you are NOT just losing fat; you are losing fat AND muscles. If you starve yourself AND over-exercise, then even your body liquids would be consume to the point that you hardly sweat at all. That's what makes the differences between healthy diets and unhealthy diets. (Although I must admit one thing: zero or low-carbohydrate diets do help you lose weight fast, since both fat and muscles are being consumed; it put a lot of stress on the body though.)
And since a woman's body is a lot more complex than that of a man (and her mind is 1000 times more complex than that, xD ~lol). A critical balance between exercise, nutrition, and hormonal function is very important for women. Malnutrition plus overstraining would directly affect your hormonal function. If you are not on "the pill" or if you are not "pregnant," but you still miss your period (I am not talking about irregular or late periods, I am talking "miss" as in "never come"), it might also be a sign of overstraining yourself.

==============================
Anyway, from what I see:
In guy's standards, that's definitely not too much--more like too little. You would be laughed at if you are a guy and call that "exercising too much."
In girl's standards, I still would not call that "too much," though some exercise is better than no exercise at all. You should be capable of doing two or three times more than that if you try. (One thing I've learn the hard way last summer vacation, girls can be awfully strong when necessary.)
If you want to set a fitness goal for yourself, then this is something you should take a look at: http://i954.photobucket.com/albums/ae22/Ng2491/Screenshots/NationalFitnessStandardv01a.png

Question:
what gold is covered in white, yet when opened, it is forever broken?
My Answer:
Yellow yolk of an egg?
The yellow yolk is the gold, it is covered by the white albumen.
This makes me feel hungry, I need to find my breakfast now xD
Question:
guys, how do you feel about a girl who is on the pill and does not want to use a condom. Girls and guys, is that weird for a girl to not want to use a condom? and if you dont mind saying..doesnt it feel better ?
My Answer:
"The pill" is much more effective in comparison to condoms when it comes to preventing pregnancy, in both perfect use and typical use. The pills have about 4% to 8% of failure on typical use, and less than 1% on perfect use; condoms have a failure rate of 10% to 14% on typical use, and 2% to 3% on perfect use (according to CDC [cdc.gov] and Standford University's SHTRC [standford.edu]). However, condom does a much better job at protecting you from STDs (Sexual Transmitted Disease) because the pill doesn't protect you from STDs at all.
Of course, like the previous columnists recommended, I would recommend you use both, too. And since you are 15, I would recommend you wait until you are older.
"Is it weird for a girl to not want to use a condom?" Cannot answer this question, because each person has different point of view. I, for example, don't care how and when you have sex, but I believe that sex is something that should bring pleasure and happiness; so if you know that you will be worry to sick over it (such as the possibility of pregnancy of STDs), then it's better to not have sex at all.
"Doesn't it feel better?" Yes, for the general populace of guys, it does feel better to have sex without using condom--typically, guys don't like condoms very much, as they decrease the pleasure and make it takes longer to ejaculate.
Hope this helps,
Ng2491 :-)
Question:
ok so i have A friend
shes around 5'5 or 5'6
shes 13 and ways 147 she says shes fat and i try to tell here shes avrage do you guys think its normal?
My Answer:
The previous answers by the other users are not wrong, but they are definitely INCORRECT. The reason is because the standard of BMI calculation different depending on the person's age and sex. They would have been correct if your friend is around 18 or 20 years old, and is a male.
It's sort of a common sense thing, honestly. How on earth can you apply a male adult's standard to a 13-year-old teenage girl?
BMI is used to estimate a person's healthy weight based on his or her (1) age, (2) height, (3) sex, and (4) weight. They had just completely ignored the "age" and "sex" factors.
============================
Anyway, she is . . . overweight.
(or fat, whatever you want to call it).
The normal range would be somewhere between 90 pounds and 140 pounds. At that age (13 years old) 90 to 115 pounds is good for an inactive girl; 115 to 125 is good for an active girl; 125 to 140 is good if you are really, really active, if you are not active, then it can be consider as overweight, too.
And NO, 147 pounds is definitely NOT the average weight for 13-year-old girls. 117 pounds in the average for 13-year-old girls--that's 30 pounds less.
These are just estimates. There is no medical recommended ranges for teens because healthy weight ranges of teens change with each month of age and as height increases.
If you want, you can take a look at the the CDC (Center for Disease Control and Prevention) Growth Chart http://www.cdc.gov/growthcharts/

Question:
ok i have hear that having a fan blow on you at night while your asleep is bad. is this true? and if so, why?
My Answer:
Not a whole lot of research has been done regarding this issue so there is not really any trusted sources that I could link you to.
To begin with, it is a fact that many people sleep with the fan on all the time and never get sick because of it; but I have also heard cases where some people say that they experience flu-like symptoms after they go through a night with the fans on. So I suppose that means it is more or less different for each person.
---> If it's cold or if you are wet, you might not want to sleep with the fan on. Because although "cold" does not direct make you sick, it does lower your immunity, making it easier for you to get sick (which is not something you want, unless you have a crush on a nurse and you really want to see her [or something like taht], if you know what I mean, hehehe).
---> It might not be a good idea to sleep with both the air conditioner and the fan on at the same time, through the entire night because . . . (same reason as stated above) cold conditions lower your body's immunity, making your body more susceptible to contracting the cold virus.
---> If you have some sort of allergies, then the dust particles and pet dander (if you got a pet) in the fan may stir up your allergies (which might make you thought that you are sick, but in truth, it's just your allergies acting up).
---> Are you sure the fan is not drying out your sinuses? This might cause flu-like symptoms, too.
---> Fan death? You know, I have doubts on whether a fan can kill you. I mean, for hypothermia to happen, you have to be in quite a cold environment--sleeping outside, on the snow, during winter, without a blanket or heater may lower your body temperature enough to cause hypothermia but . . . a fan? Correct me if I am wrong but I am pretty sure a fan is not a freezer.
So, in conclusion, if you feel fine after spending a whole night with the fan on, go for it. No direct harmful effect has been found yet, but remember that it might harm you indirectly.
Hope this helps,
Ng2491 =)
Question:
Okay i'm 14, and i'm horney like all the time..
i like this guy, but he's a little older then me?
i really want to have sex with him, but i'm scared of all the things that could happen, i've been finger and it's okay, but tomarrow i'm supose to have sex???? what should i do?
My Answer:
You are still a 14-year-old girl. Stay out of sex for now. If you do have sex now, you will regret it later.
You are still very young; you don't even know enough about sex yet. You don't know the risks of getting pregnant; you don't know the risks of getting STDs; you don't know the risk of getting oropharyngeal cancers. Don't let a second of curiosity ruin your entire life.
As said by a columnist earlier, a girl's "virginity" is a precious thing.
What is sex to you anyway? A game? A new trend? Does virginity mean anything to you at all? Please, please, please think about it carefully. If you must, masturbate or something. But just stay out of sex for now. Wait until you are older, wait until you are more mature.
Question:
What causes snoring?
And do guys find it unattractive? Haha.. My boyfriend says I snore but its a cute snore ..still embarrased by it I want to stop it !
My Answer:
When you got something blocks the flow of air through your mouth and nose, the walls of your throat (particularly the tissues at the top) vibrate each you time you try to breathe, causes the sound that we call "snoring."
Usually we don't, but if the girl snores like a horse--loud enough that we have a hard time trying to sleep--then yeah, that's annoying.
There are some ways to reduce snoring:
--If you are overweight, then lose some weight.
(Overweight people might have bulky throat tissue, which would somewhat blocks the airway [which causes snore].)
--Before you sleep, no alcohol, beer, soft drinks (sodas), snacks, sleeping pills, basically anything that may cause your muscles to become too relax.
(The over-relaxed muscles may fall back and block the airway.)
--Sleep on your side rather than on your back. (This doesn't work very well if you have a habit of rolling all over the bed while sleeping.)
--Sleep with a pillow.
(Basically the point of this is to keep tilt your head upward a little; pillow is just a good tool to keep your head like that. I guess you could use his arm as a pillow, too xD)
Those are just what I think of right now so they might not work. In that case, Google search might help :-)
Question:
hi there to all wise advicenators... i want your help in this topic here.. i live in india and i am going to order a laptop from canada most probably from futureshop. now what i need is a quite fast laptop which can support almost all the pc games and should be good enough for internet browsing too. now i dont want to end up bying a laptop worth like 2000 or so dollars. something aroung a 1000 dollars plus or minus 200 or so dollars and the main thing is that i don't want to have an intel processor. i want it to have an amd processor. any sugessions regarding what should i search for and are there any other shops too from where i can buy a laptop at reasonably fair price. plz help .
p.s. my first prefference is hp.
My Answer:
Hmm . . . usually for gaming, a desktop is preferred, because with the same amount of money, you can get a more powerful desktop, with larger monitor, compare to a laptop. Most desktop offer you a better price-to-performance ratio. Why don't you go for a desktop instead of a laptop? Laptops' only advantage over desktop is that they are portable (easier to carry around)--that's it.
Anyway, since the question is choosing a laptop, I'll just go ahead and answer that.
===========================================
First, Future Plan:
Are you planning to upgrade your laptop's hardwares in the future? If you are NOT, then what you need to look for on that new laptop is its RAM, CPU, and graphic card. If you DO planning on upgrading its hardware in the future, then there are several things to look for. I'll explain more about that at the end.
Second, Graphic Card:
To be able to "support almost all the PC games" (quoted you), you want good graphic card. As of today, I would recommend graphics cards from ATI or Nvidia (I am not sure which of these two manufactures are better, but both of them produce high-end graphics solutions--a must for a gaming laptop).
Something like a 512MB ATI Mobility Radeon HD 3870 would be a good standard to base your choices on. You can go dual, too, if you can afford it.
Something like a 1GB Nvidia GeForce GTX 260M would probably enough for most games. Not sure, because I am not much of a gamer. I don't really know the standard of today's computer games.
Third, CPU:
At least a dual core with 2.40GHz, and 3MB cache; more would be better.
Fourth, RAM:
4GB or more is recommended, DDR2 or above (DDR3). If you can, go for the DDR3 one.
Fifth, Your References:
The size of the screen, the color, the designs, whatever. It's just basically the look of the laptop, hahaha. Pick the one you like so that you don't regret later.
==============================================
Does it have to be AMD laptop? What don't you like about Intel?
Go to http://www.alienware.com/ and check out some Intel-based laptops. They are not half bad at all, and many of which are within your price range, too.
==============================================
Please note that RAM and CPU are NOT the only components that determine the speed of your computer. The speed of your computer is determine by its SLOWEST COMPONENT.
There are many parts in a computer, and the main factors that determine the speed of the computer include:
Processor Speed
Processor Instructions Set
Bus Width or Path
Bus Speed
Chipset
Cache Memory
System Memory Speed
System Memory Amount
Operating System
How full the Hard Drive is
Fragmented Hard Drive
The Number of Programs and Utilities that Automatically Startup
You don't have to worry about these if you are buying a new computer. But if you are planning to upgrade your old computer or if you are planning to upgrade your new computer in the future, then these are important.

I am not a gamer so I can't really recommend anything much, sorry :-(

Question:
which std's does a condom NOT prevent?
My Answer:
There are many types of condoms. In this answer, I will assume that you are asking about "latex male condom" (most people use latex condom these days).
So, with that in mind:
Latex male condoms provide very good protection against HIV and discharge diseases (which includes gonorrhea, chlamydia, and trichomoniasis).
Other than that, condoms' protection against all other STDs such as HPV and genital ulcer diseases (which includes syphilis, chancroid, and of course, genital herpes, too) are questionable (or not very good).
This is because some STDs are much more easily spread than others. STDs such as herpes and HPV can be transmitted by contact with skin not covered by a condom.
Herpes and HPV are among the most common and the easiest to transmit. Herpes is the most common STD in the US, affecting 45 million people. You can get herpes and HPV just by oral sex, which, if become complicated, may lead to oropharyngeal cancers (which includes tumors of the throat, tonsils, and base of the tongue).
Also, condom has a failure rate of 10% to 15% for typical use, and 2% to 3% for perfect use. This is the rate out of 100 sexually active women per year. (For example: if the failure rate is 15%, then that means in one year, 15 out of 100 sexually active women will become pregnant.)
Perfect use means using a condom consistently and correctly every single time. Typical use take the possibility of human errors such as incorrect usage into account. Most people, especially teenagers, are typical users.
Best method to have sex without worrying about STDs? Both of you go to the doctor and have a check. If the results are negative, then you two can "enjoy your time" like bunnies without worry about STDs ;-)

Question:
i just bought a new computer, and its fine and everything, but when i go on websites, the screen is kind of small compared to how it was on my old computer.. any way to make them bigger? oh and i know to like just click on the side to expand it, but it just shows it blank.. any help would be great!
My Answer:
Increase your screen resolution might help. What is your OS (operating system)?
Anyway, if you have Windows Vista, then try:
---right click on your desktop,
---select "Personalize,"
---select "Display Settings," and
---change the "Resolution."
If that doesn't work, could you please explain more on "but it just shows it blank"? I don't know what you mean there. A screenshot of that would be appreciated.
Also, besides "just click on the side to expand it," you can also maximize the windows. I assume that you already know what the button next to the red X, at the top-right corner of the windows are for, right?
Question:
I am new in the computer field I would like to know what the purpose of RAM in a computer is and what impact does the different size of RAM have on its performance and memory?
Is it Different from the CPU?
My Answer:
Yes, RAM and CPU are two different things.
RAM is Random Access Memory.
CPU is Central Processing Unit.
RAM
RAM can be consider as the short term memory of your computer. When a program runs, it takes up memory. That memory is RAM. When you open a program, the program will use some of your RAM. You get your RAM back when you close the program. Also, because RAM is the volatile type of memory, so when you shut down your computer, all memories in RAM would be gone.
The more RAM you have, the more programs you can run at once. For average users, 1GB of RAM is enough--2GB is great. My computer has 4GB of RAM and I've never use any more than 2.5GB. With 4GB of RAM, you probably can run like 30 programs at once, besides the services of Windows, hahaha.
For more information on RAM, go to: http://www.howstuffworks.com/ram.htm
CPU
CPU can be consider as the brain of your computer. It processes all kind of data on your computer. When you open a program, close a program, save a file, install a program, load a webpage, etc., all those information are processed by the CPU. Typically, a CPU process data by the following steps: fetch, decode, execute, and writeback.
Some CPU has single core, others have dual cores, triple cores, or quad cores. If you are a multi-tasker (one who does many things at once), then you want a computer with dual cores or more.
For more information on CPU, go to: http://computer.howstuffworks.com/microprocessor.htm
RAM and CPU
RAM provides space for your computer to read and write data to be accessed by the CPU. If you add more RAM to your computer, you reduce the number of times your CPU must read data from your hard disk. This usually allows your computer to work faster because RAM is a lot faster than hard disks.
Also, please note that RAM and CPU are NOT the only components that determine the speed of your computer. The speed of your computer is determine by its SLOWEST COMPONENT.
There are many parts in a computer, and the main factors that determine the speed of the computer include:

Question:
On web pages you get to be asked about updating feeds or something like that.
What’s meant by feeds and what is the purpose?
My Answer:
Web feeds are basically the shortened version of a Web page that has been created for syndication. It's just a new way to keep yourself updated with the website.
For example, you subscribe to an RSS feed (Really Simple Syndication feed) of a blog. When the owner of that blog post a new blog post a new post, you will notice it through the feed.
It's a new way to send out or receive updates. Instead of noticing you through the email, you are noticed through the "feed."
Did I make any sense there? Sorry, it's kind of hard to explain this one :-)
Question:
so when i try to open up windows media player, zune player, and internet explorer, they all show up for about 2-5 seconds then disappear. it's been really frustrating because like once a week it works normally and thats the only time i can update my mp3 player. please please please help!! i ran a virus scan or whatever and it didnt detect anything so whats wrong??
p.s. i tried reinstalling the programs and that didnt do anything to fix it
My Answer:
Could you please run Hijackthis and either post the log file on here or send it to my email?

If you cannot install it, try reboot your computer into safe mode and then install it. An easier way is to just restore your system back to an earlier point but you can only do that if you've made some restore points.

PLease advice..
My Answer:
Hello,
It could be Mallory-Weiss Syndrome. And in case you are worrying, it's not dangerous.
Eating disorder and excessive consumption of alcohol are usually the cause of Mallory-Weiss syndrome, which, from your post, you have committed both of them, lol.
The bleeding is from a tear somewhere in your cardiac sphincter (it's the valve between your stomach and your esophagus).
It should heal by itself after a while. But if you continuously vomit blood, if you experience excessive pain, or if you are just simply worry, go to a doctor for more correct diagnosis. Because, you see, I am only guessing based on what you told me; I am not a doctor, hehehe.
You can find more info on Mallory-Weiss tear here: http://www.nlm.nih.gov/medlineplus/ency/article/000269.htm
It uses a lot of medical terms so you might need to use a dictionary for that though.
By the way, did you happen to eat strawberry, cherry, or something that has red color in it? Not sure, but that might be what you thought to be blood.
Hope this helps in some way,
Ng2491 =)
Question:
I have no icons on my desktop I know to hit control alt delete and new task and then explorer.exe but when I do that I get the message "windows cannot find explorer.exe...." what do I do? I have mozilla firefox too so maybe try typing that in or something? Any help is greatly appreciated :)
My Answer:
Did you or do you have a virus on your computer? The virus might have played around with your registry entries.
And here's the link to solution (with screenshots to make it easier): http://techrena.blogspot.com/2009/03/solve-windows-cannot-find-explorerexe.html
Question:
Okay so the state I live in has had an outbreak or whatever. A few counties over schools are being shut down. And i was wondering if there might be a possiblity to get it.
Right now I am sick, I have been since 5 am. when i got up yesterday for school, ( been in high school two weeks this thursday) It first felt like someone had beat up the inside of my throat with a baseballbat. Not strep "throaty" at all, now not it has gotton worse, it is also scratchy and and hard to small, i am either frezzing to death or sweating, i am tired, and my stomach hurts , and i can't sleep.
If it doesn't get better i am going to the doctor monday, but what are some symstems of the h1n1
My Answer:
Well, I am sorry to say but . . . as far as symptoms goes, it's NOT very much different from a normal flu. So in other words, you CANNOT tell the difference between a normal flu and a swine flu just based on the symptoms (because the symptoms of the two are almost identical). Only lab tests can definitively show whether you've got swine flu or not. Besides that, we can only guess.
So . . . yeah, if it doesn't get better, go see a doctor. That's all I can say, hehehe.
Sorry for not being much of a help =(
