Hello. My name Is Solemnstar.
I'm a fifteen year old (assumed) male-to-female Transexual.

I like plain and simple, I like to catergorize people, ptu them into nice little boxes in my head.
and I LOVE figuring out the ones that don't fit.

Chatspeak annoys me, It takes an extra two seconds to type the real words.


I don't anwser advice as often as I should. Mainly because of School.

how do you know when someone is using you?
im not talking about completely obvious situations and stuff. anyone know more subtler ways? (duh they ask you to only do things when they want and etc etc etc but some people are cleverer in their ways to disguise that)

this is a very good question.
Manipulation is gettign what you want by using others,perhaps even by doind nothing, btu being around at the right times.
however to produce a desired result, a person could you any number of methods,ex. blackmail, false relationships, telling rumors..

suppose a girl wants a date with a boy her "friend" is dating, she would then use maniptulation to get that result. first spreading the lie that the boy is fast, and does'nt care what the girl thinks, and wait till her friend mentions hearing it. then she would place a condom or other such in a place the "friend" will see... she becomes( hopefully) afriad, and leaves the buy, lettign the other girl sweep in, and leave the "friend" because the job is done.

when people answer other people's questions with: go ask the doctor, isn't that kind of redundant? who goes all the way to the doctor's office to ask one little question anyway? what do they mean? just ask the doctor over the phone? what if your doctor is actually a pediatrician and might think you're a hypochondriac? i have tons of questions to ask my "doctor." i can't go ask every single time. write down the questions and ask the doctor the next time you visit for something semi-more important?

When giving advice to someone on this website, i usually tell my point of view about the situation, and i also tell them the truth and what is right to do.But when i do that, i usually get rated a 1 or 3 because the people simply didn't hear what they wanted to hear. So my question is , how can we make people listen to what they are saying, and not just cover their ears and close their infront of the truth, and let go to hear what they want to hear. i have tried to help people alot, but they just don't seem to listen. i really want to help them, and i care so much about helping people and making them happy much more than i care about my ratings.So what do i do to make them listen to the truth?

peopel don't want to hear the truth. that what to hear that they are right, and should be given what they want...
sadly thats not how the world works, is it?
you can't make them listen, and frankly i don't think you hould try, they don't want to listen, thats their decision.

My friend is going to kill herself next Friday.

She seems happy about it.

I've tried to change her mind, but that didn't work.

She doesn't eat, she's an insomniac, and she is very stressed.

She's been to shrinks but she says that they were a waste of her time.

whenever i see a question liek this, i have two thoughts. it is sad to see so many who feel that life is not worth living. and they are not even adults. they see athority at being tough and unfair. well thats life.
I'm not here to sugarcoat it. your friend wants to die. You can do very little to change that. but try anyways.

worse i see people need advice. they need to know "should i save this persons life?" they want ethics in stone.

Our Spanish Club is holding a bake sale and car wash together. I am organizing the bake sale and have to contact other club members and get each of them to provide a dish to help out with the sale. I need some ideas of what types of desserts I can ask different members to make. I want to keep it fairly simple -- cakes, cookies, pies, etc. I just need to compile a list of desserts. Any ideas are appreciated!

I have always loved lemon tarts.
Remember it is a bake sale so you will most likely get a large amout of grandparents. you should have some sugar free desserts for dibetics. and people who are dieting love to see that as well you need to advertise outside of the club so people know to come. advertise sugarfree treats, and directs it at older citisens, who are the ones most likely to want to use your service. offer deals, and mail coupons, if you can, to attract buisness. Its proven that if you put SALE on anything, the sales will incerese, ewven if you up the price.Why? because people use shortcuts. they dont have time to read a whole thing. thats what billboards use to advertise. kepp any posters, short and simple. including time place hours and what you offer (just the outside of a car or just the inside?)

I don't think there's enough questions on advicenators that mention abortions. I assume there's more females on this site then males, so why does it seem like there are mainly pro-life supporters? We're women. Women with so many choices and laws that allow us those choices. I agree in having your own opinion, but never force it onto someone else. If someone is considering an abortion, why talk them out of it, bringing it up as a sin and disgusting? I'm proud to be pro-choice & you'd think nowadays more women would be. Why aren't you?

2. teen abortions, or rape abortions i think are OK. but it is still life.
if you don't want to keep the child, give it up for adoption..

now be honest when you see a person with acne or just some pimples maybe just a break out ... what do you think of them? do they seem ugly to you? would you talk to them even? become their friend? or are you grossed out and do you judge them right away, even if they are really pretty but have acne?

i'm 15, if i see someone without acne in my daily life i think:wonder if he/sher uses scrubs?

really, i try to be on good terms with everyone, not their friend, but, yeah...

I'm so messed up I'm agnostic thinking about turning back into a christian or turn into an athiest.. I'm so scared if I turned into an athiest I'll go to hell If there really is a god... If I turn into a christian I'll be believein in something that may not be real? I cried about this.. Should I just turn into an athiest and if there really is a god go to hell for it.. Or should I turn into a christian and believe and god and maybe go to heaven if god is real?

agnostic? thats where you think there's something there but don't know, don't care?
assuming my idea is around correct:
I've never understood the concept of hell: an omnipotent god, able to forgive can't save you from someone who he cast out of heaven? but then that interfers with 1.we have our free will,and 2. that satan, has any power at all.
if the latter is true, it explains how you can go to hell. If the former is true, and we still go to hell, it is because we choose to.
i find christianity is full of contidictions like this. i have nothing against the faith, or the people in it, and i love the concept, of a wholly forgiving god, and the personification of darkness, because it means our actions are not our own. I think the problem lies in the bible, because of the fact that its english translations, are far from the untranlated versions, perhaps because the people who first translated it had very little knoladge of the language they were translating it into.
if this issue causes you so much grief, i say you are narrowing your choices, because you see atheism and christianity as your only choices. there are other faiths, ones i would reccomend include buhddism, and paganism.

yu cant really make a person prove something like that... and if you don't believe him, i'm not sure you love him. If you loved someone you would be open to them, and caring not disbelieveing and dishonest.

if you really want to ask him to prove it though, don't go about it like that.
just blatently asking a person to prove they love you is wrong.

if you need proof you don't love him, if you're in love you will feel it and not doubt it and you would do anything for that love because when it is gone, it's not coming back, and that is quite a dark place.
