I know this might sound like a realllly bad idea-but you got to tell someone! If someone is hurting themselves or other you really got to tell someone about it. Its not only affecting them,but you keeping a secret is affecting your life too. Most people hurt themselves for attention but I don't know that much to see if that's the case. Talk to your friend,tell her how YoU feel about it and try to prevent her from doing it again. Of course, no one can be controlling but it will help if a good friend like you talksz.
