If you don't look at somebody in the eyes...do they get upset or something or feel like they did something wrong? Im really bad at eye contact. It makes me feel weird knowing somebodys eyes are staring right at me..

Eye contact is really important in a conversation. They might get a little upset because if you dont give them eye contact, they'll think you're not paying attention. Try practicing eye contact.

I am over weight and i have tryed exercise and diets and im only 13 so i cant do anything like pills. But i seriosly need help im like 5 2 and 150lbs please please help! What do you think i should do?

Well you could go to toneteen.com. They have some advice for losing weight. And on am-i-fat.com they will give you certain advice depending on how much you weigh and your height.
I recommend crunches. I do about 100 crunches a night. And about 100 puah ups a night. Dont forget to eat healthy!!! Cereal for breakfast, some fruit for lunch, and vegetables for dinner would be very good. Or something similiar in calories to that.

How do you get to decorate your advice colum?

On the left of the homepage after you log on click on column setting. It will give you a a thing you fill out with color codes. Above it, it will say If you're confused about colors, there's a nice website about how these work over here. Click over here. A big chart of colors will be there. Well on the thing you have to fill out, put the codes of the color you want for each thing. Example "side text" it has a code. Well look on the color chart and put a different code based on the color you want the side text to be. And to get backgrounds on your column setting it will say background url. Put the website you got it on. I got my background on photobucket.com under the search "pink". You can put anything in the search box on photobucket based on what kind of background you're looking for.

so i finally got my mum to agree to let me have a party for my 17th next week!!

but the problem is all ma best mates are gunna be there and also a few boys and heres my plans:

Be confident, and be yourself. FLIRT alot so he knows you like him without using words. And you could try to hang out with him more so you become closer friends. Then he'll REALLY notice you after you become friends.
