Umm i usually spray alot on myself. Like about 8 or 7. But that's just because i'm crazy like that! LOL But what you could do is, take a shower right before you leave the house, and right after you get out spray as much perfume on as you want. This way your Pores are opened from the warm shower you just took and it will stay on longer. Heres another tip, spray some behind your hair. That helps it stay on much longer. You could always take the perfume with you, that's what i do sometimes.

ok well im about 5'7 and i have not currently weighed myself but i think i weigh about 120-125? and like to me i dont think i look fat..unless i sit down and when i have jeans on..i have like a big bulge that goes over..i mean its not huge but its enough to bother me!! but then other people tell me im too skinny? because im so tall!! i usually do anywhere from 30-100 situps each night..im not sure if thats helping. but im not sure what to do..because i mean i look fine when im standing and stuff..people even think i look too skinny..but it just bugs me when i sit down. i try to eat healthier but lately it seems like im ALWAYS hungry..and i cant hold myself back. i always eat and eat..and eat..ugH! what do you think i should do? do you think im too skinny..but what do i do about my stomache bulge?!

It honestly doesn't seem like your fat at all, your pretty much skinny. I think it's all just in your head. If it really bothers you that much then work out a little bit everyday. If your looking for a fast way out, the only thing I could think of is surgery, but in my opinion you don't need it at all. I'm sure if you work out everyday, eat healthier, cut back on junk food and soda you will see results. Remember it takes time to see the results so don't give up!

Want to hear a funny, but yet very embarassing story. One of my friends was getting fingered and once the guy took out his finger there was discharge all over. She was so embarassed, but the funny part was he didn't care at all. He actually .. ( as gross as it is) licked it off and said yum! haha yeah i know. But that goes to show you, some guys care, and some don't. You shouldn't be letting a guy finger you unless you trust him, and i'm sure if you trust him , and he likes you, he won't pay it no mind.

Lately ive been feeling really..just plain ugly. i mean sometimes i look in the mirror and im like wow im kindA pretty. but then like sometimes its like i see something totally different. i feel really self-conscious about myself when i go to school games. like hockey and basketball games. i feel like when people look at me..their lookin at my flaws. i know most arent lookin at me because they think im [pretty] well i shouldnt assume but you know. i hate looking at the super gorgeous girls..it just makes me really jealous..but then again when i see other people im that that i look the way i am. i mean i cant take what i have for granite. but i dont know what can i do to make me less self-conscious. and less shy and more outgoing and not care what people think of me.

One day I look in the mirror and think wow I actually look pretty good, and then other days I look and I want to break down and cry because I don't see anything I like in myself. Before I use to be very self conscious about myself and just like you I always thought people weren't looking at me but at all my flaws. The truth is no one notices your flaws except you. No one even cares. They have their own flaws and problems to be worried about. Maybe you are right, maybe people are looking because they find you to be pretty. In that case don't sweat it! Even those pretty girls that your jealous of have flaws and hate something about themselves that they would like to change. In order to make your self feel beautiful you must believe you are. You have to build your confidence. If you act as if you are beautiful soon enough you'll start to believe it. Confidence is the key to beauty. Once you have confidence you'll get beauty, and others around you will find you beautiful.

Awww please don't be self-conscious over that. I'm sure it's not that bad , and it will grow out soon. You could always put your hair up in a messy bun with some layers out in front, or if you don't like your hair in your face take two cute clips and put them up on both sides of your head.
Umm i really don't know where you can go to have a good time, like party but try going to the mall with some friends, or to the movies. I know for a fact that hot guys hang around both of those places.

Your a teenager and you have the will to try new things and experiment. As long as you don't start drinking everyday i don't see any harm in it! If you do get drunk make sure your around the right people. You know! I don't want anything bad to happen to you.

okay so im 16 and iv had discharge ever since i got my period as a freshman. and i know its always sopose to be clear, but sometimes mine is more of a cream color, and sometimes brown. is that bad? and if you have a infection wat is the "smell?" thank you!

Don't worry about it! It's not always the same color for everybody! There's nothing to be worried about. Also it could be that your period is coming so that's why the color is more of a creamish color then clear. Sometimes right after my period ends i get discharge that's brownish. That's perfectly normal that's just the left over blood you have inside that didn't come out yet so it comes out with your discharge. By the way you would know if you had an infection. You would smell really bad, and it would be painful or very itchy.
