okay so im 16 and iv had discharge ever since i got my period as a freshman. and i know its always sopose to be clear, but sometimes mine is more of a cream color, and sometimes brown. is that bad? and if you have a infection wat is the "smell?" thank you!
DancinCutie08 answered Monday December 26 2005, 6:02 pm: well the weird coloring is just from blood from your period but if its starts turning a weird green color that means you have a bladder infection and need to see a doctor [ DancinCutie08's advice column | Ask DancinCutie08 A Question ]
note_toself answered Monday December 26 2005, 5:05 pm: the brownish color is just discharge from after your period. your vagina is cleaning itself out, and thats the left over blood. the creamish color is normal.
hope i helped.

Teza answered Monday December 26 2005, 4:42 pm: That's normal. When it's brownish it means you're about to get your period. If you don't then that's fine too but there isn't anything wrong. [ Teza's advice column | Ask Teza A Question ]
DeeSireDiOr answered Monday December 26 2005, 3:31 pm: Hey
Don't worry about it! It's not always the same color for everybody! There's nothing to be worried about. Also it could be that your period is coming so that's why the color is more of a creamish color then clear. Sometimes right after my period ends i get discharge that's brownish. That's perfectly normal that's just the left over blood you have inside that didn't come out yet so it comes out with your discharge. By the way you would know if you had an infection. You would smell really bad, and it would be painful or very itchy.
