i need advice on if my apparel for tonight is appropriate for the occasion.

i'm going to a BBQ tonight [family friend's] & apparently a lot of teenagers are going to be there.

I think that's very appropriate apparel for a BBQ, especially since you said you might play soccer. Hollister's shirts are known for their casualty yet cuteness, (your link didn't work), but I have the same tank and I have to admit it is cute, lol. I think the Soffees are cute since Soffees are cute and comfy. Shoes and hair choices are good too. Just right! :]

I'm shy and quiet, but somehow after I met my best friend, who knew other people, then I met them and their friends, I became very outgoing, lol. :] It's not that hard, just come up to a person who looks friendly and just say 'hi' or 'whats up', and soon you'll start talking. Just talk about what you like to do, your pets, siblings. If the person doesn't look very interested, don't keep trying to talk to them.. lol, not everyone is friendly. =P

I am somewhere in between 5'9 and 5'10. I weigh around 145 pounds. but I want to lose weight. my goal is to be around 125 pounds.
I also want to be fit. I want nice abs, a firmer butt, and less flabby thighs.
I am NOT overweight, but I want to schieve these things ASAP.
PLEASE do not say anything like "you are perfect in your own skin" or "you are sooo not fat, you are the perfect weight."

You can try your local animal shelter(s). I live in San Diego and I work as a babysitter at the local Lutheran Church/High School. I go to the high school, so I've gotten references from my teachers for me to work as a babysitter. You could try applying as a teen babysitter, ask if they hire 14 year olds. You could also try some smaller restaurants and work as a bus girl, I wouldn't suggest trying to get a job at the bigger fast food chains like Burger King or McDonald's, I'm pretty sure they only hire teens who are 16.

Ahh, I have the same problem as you. I'm 5'8", and it sucks like when you see cute shoes and they don't have it in your size. For jeans, you can try Aeropostale because their jeans come in 3 different types of sizes, (short, regular, long). I wear regulars, but since you're 2 inches taller, you'd probably wear long. Their jeans are cute and affordable too. For shirts, long shirts like tunics look cute as well so the shirts don't look too small on you. Sometimes when I wear Aero's graphic tees, they're a little short because I have a long torso. That's why I stick with their tanktops.

Lately Walmart has been getting a lot of cute stuff.. I already bought like this painting thing of like a city landscape thing (don't know how to explain it) for only 20 dollars. Then I bought a big black comforter with a white like sketched flower on it, it's really cute. You already said that you have a blanket, but I'm just giving you the idea. You don't need to spend a lot of money to find things and make them stand out the way that you want them to. I saw this little rock fountain thing too at Walmart and it was like 14 dollars & I'm getting it next time I go.

I want to add a music code to my myspace. I dont want myspaces actual music websites that they provide. I use project playlist sometimes but does anyone know a website with just music codes?

I used imeem.com back when I used myspace. You can make your own playlists, or just choose one song. They give you a code especially for myspace and it works (I've tried) and you can find any song that you want. The songs are submitted by users, not by the website, so there's a big variety.

Just don't pay attention to them. It's the best way. Ignoring them is what you need to do. I know it might be hard at first (I've experienced teasing, everyone has). Eventually, they'll get tired of making fun of you. Because they see that you are trying to respond, they know that they have to come up with something different to make you feel bad. If they say something hurtful, and if you feel like crying or you're really sad, don't let them see it. Hold your head high and tell yourself that you are better than them. It works, but you have it give it some time.

i got my license in the beggining of june, im a really good driver too. anyways, today i was driving into a parking lot and i hit the persons truck on my right! not much damage to his car but a scratch with a dent, my moms car unfortunetly was damage in the front right headlight. i was freaking out. i was with my friend and sister. my first reaction was to see if i should inside the store and tell someone or drive off. there were quite a few people around, and im not quite sure if they got my moms license plates numbers. i drive her car sometimes and im not registered under her insurance. i drove off and went to my friends house. i seriously felt guilty and called my mom and told her after an hour it happend. she told me i should have stayed there till they came out and gave them my license or i should have went inside the store and asked people. what was i suppose to do this was my first accident.. so many people have told me not to worry about it cause its in private property. and that most likely noone wrote the plates down. i told my mom everything and about the damages. but im so scared.. what will happen to me or my mom if the police were contacted?

You made a big mistake by leaving the store and not waiting or going in and asking if anyone owns '(this car color, this car brand, ect.)' I'm HOPING that nobody saw it because it would suck if you had to go to court and pay fees and all of that. My only advice is to, if it happens next time, do not leave. It's like a 50/50 thing, but since it was private property, I don't think anyone may have payed attention to it.

Hello. I'm 14 years old and I have never gotten drunk or high. Most of the girls that I know all go out partying with boys, and I feel like such a loser because I don't do anything and they have all these guy friends and I have maybe like 3 really good guy friends who I hang out with. Is this normal? I mean how old were you people when you first got drunk? I know I'm so gay for writing this, but it really bothers me. I'm really afraid of being like 17 and staying in every weekend reading a book by myself because I have no friends. omg i know how gay this sounds i'm sorry!

Don't feel like a loser. You are making the right choice by avoiding drunks, alchohol, and hard partying. Going to casual parties with a few girlfriends and just like a get together that someone has set up is great. I'd definitely rather go out with some girlfriends out to eat somewhere instead of getting wasted and end up finding out that I had sex with a guy that I don't even know. It happens.. You still have some time from turning 17. You are NOT a loser and you will never be a loser. You are only doing this to benefit you and the people around you. Would you rather people call you a drunken dirty sl*t, or a nice girl? I'd take the nice girl. You don't need booze and pot to have a good time.

I love my brother with all my heart. I would do anything for him and he knows it. Im 14, he's 17. He's barrowed money from me never paid me back. I bailed his butt out've jail once because his car wasn't expected, and I'm 14! I've been saving up money for cloths, whatever and I spents a lil over 200 of that on him. He need's gas money, he needs this he needs that and when I don't give him the money he makes me feel guilty because I just went shopping and boughta 30 dollar purse. Well I work for a friend of the neightborhood, I do yard work.. anything because I know my parents can't afford some things I might want. I want him to learn and me bailing him out's not going to do that. I've tried telling him that if you keep running away its gunna make tomarrow harder to live than today so he needs to get a job and stop moocking off his LITTLE sister. I don't wanna constantly worry about him. Yess I know my parents should worry but there so rapped up in there own lives I could go missing and they wouldnt know for 2 days. I dont blame them, there live are important to, but enough is enough! He's planning on runningaway to go to my aunt precillas and needs money. I told him no! He;s like whyy not?? So i explanned to him that its barrowing its giving and that you need a job and he got all mad me.(couldnt careless) Well He called me 3 in dah morning saying he needs a ride home and he told me where he is and that hes wasted, So i get my Bf's mom to do it. She understood and actualy apoliized to me, I gave her gas moeny to go all the wa down there and for inconvinice, and I started yeling at him. Calling him a bum asking how it feels to be dependent of his little sister younger by four years who has more money than he has had in his whole life and That was the last time I talked to him. Im worried about him. I feel bad for saying it o him but its the truth and he needs to understand im not gunna be there 24-7, If i have plans in not gunna drop them cuz he needs a ride.

You need to tell your brother that he needs to find his own job and pay for his own sh*t. You should be spending your money on your own things. You bailed him out of jail? Are you serious? That's really really sad.. You need to sit down and talk to him AND your parents and tell them that you can't take it anymore. I would hate to have to do that, and I don't see why you have to.
