It's best to do it in the afternoon. But there's nothing wrong with doing it in the morning,it's just that your body temperature is higher and you're more active in the afternoon. No,stretching doesn't help you lose weight. It's debatable whether stretching even helps you out at all.

ok our school theres basically 2 groups. preps and punks. and we dont get along. i consider myself a punk. and i try to be nice to the preps but they just like call me a slut and a druggie! i am not a slut. my friends know that i aint. and i am not druggie i dont even smoke. but the preps got it in their heads that i am. and they wont leave me alone about it! and the preppy guys think i am "hot" and they always ask me stuff like "ur so hot why do u hang out with the druggie guys?" well u do cuz a/ most of them arent druggies b. they are super respectful. but i just dont get why preps are so mean to me and my friends. i mean we are nice to them and they are just total jerks (i would use other chioce words) and now we are jerks back to them cuz they are to us! even the teachers are unfair to us cuz we dress different and skate. how can we get this whole thing to stop? its soo incredibly dumb and how can we get the teachers to stop? we cant report to the principal hes worse than the teachers. A lot of the time people judge others based on appearnace alone. I've done it before,but I try not to do it anymore. They're going to be jerks to you until they grow the fuck up,which,for some,may be never. You could try to talk to them and be like "I think we got off on the wrong foot. Why don't we start over as friends?" And if they're still assholes,then you've done all you can do.

It doesn't seem like we have touched on this subject much. I know how contravercial it is...so please dont pass judgement on me. I want advice not a lecture. 2 years ago on Aug 8th I has an abortion. I was 7 weeks Pregnate. I strugle every day with the descion i made. This time of year is the worst though. I had no support from anyone who knew including the scumbag who I had sex with. I mad a rash descion. And to this day I know it was the wrong one. It was increadably selfish. I had more options but I took the easy way out. I should have taken responsibilty for my actions and I didn't. With all that said, my quetion is...what are my chances of being able to conceive a child again. Periods can be irregular all the time,especially if you're still young like 13 or 14. I've never had the pleasure of having one,but I'm a good listener. Also,if you've recently lost a lot of weight,then that could also be a determining factor. It's not something to be worried about.

If you're not having sex with them,then you're not going to get pregnant. Your parents sound very controlling if they have no confidence in you whatsoever about being smarter than that. Unfortunately,that's how your parents are and that's how they'll stay for the rest of your life. They'll always view you as a baby who can't think for herself? What can you do? Well,you're gunna have to tell them,"Mom,Dad, why do you treat me like a child when it comes to guys? Don't you think you raised me better than that? Why do you feel that I'm too stupid to go out with anyone?" You can make up some more stuff too.

Well, I have a band with three of my friends, we don't really play instruments though, we just sing. Well,first of all a REAL band would have instruments. You sound like you have quite the ego,what makes you have the voice and not them? You can simply drop out of the band like David Lee Roth did for Van Halen. After he did though,the vocals just weren't the same.

Can we please stop it with the "I rate" and "Rate me!" crap? Are getting ratings THAT important to you? Does it somehow make your life complete? This site isn't a game, people... ratings are not for keeping score. There is no competition - just advice. The ratings are supposed to be for keeping the bad advice off the site, much like we have the moderators in place to help keep the really bad questions off the site.
I mean, when I see a question that says "I rate!" in the body or even subjet of it, it just screams "OMG! PLEASE PAY ATTENTION TO ME!!!!!!" It is getting kind of pathetic, as we're seeing it ALL THE TIME!

You may have a urinary tract infection. If you do,you have to see a doctor. No ifs,ands,or buts about it. Just because one molested you when you were younger,that doesn't mean this one will. Besides you're gunna get sick in your life and you're gunna need to see a doctor eventually. If you don't see a doctor,then you'll end up living the rest of your life like this. Oh,and report the doc that molested you.

You should take responsibilty for your actions and have the baby. Put it up for adoption,but anything is better than abortion. Your parents will be disappointed in you and your bf is shallow,so he's gunna leave you too. Your parents love you and they'll get over it. Carrying the baby for 9 months will teach you to be more careful next time. You have no right to end that child's life,no matter what the law says.

You don't have to tell any friend you don't want to,but yeah you need to tell your family. Just sit down with your parents and tell them that you like only girls(I can relate). They'll still love you,even if that is your descision.
