Well, as far as working out, that doesn't really matter when you do it. I prefer to do it all in the evening though. Stretching can help in a way to lose weight. I recommend doing stretches right before bed. They will help you to sleep better and that's when you burn fat. I hope this helps!

usually u should do whatever time is most convient, but i would say if u excercized at nite, you'd be able to burn the energy from dinner and then u won't go to sleep with all the carbs turning to fat. Stretching won't exactly make u lose weight but if ur gona work out u should always stretch!!! hope i helped!

a lot of people say morning is best so you have more energy for the rest of the day personally i like to do it at night when its cooler outside or just so i know i did it but that also could lead to putting your workout off so try different things just see what you like more...stretching i dont think helps lose weight but if you stretch it will let you do more than what you can do if you dont strech so in the long run i t might

i think you should exercise in the morning

stretching only loosens your muscles so u don't pull them while really exercising.

When I go running, the perfect time to do that is the morning or night. That way is it cooler outside, so you won't be extremely hot. Also, strectching doesn't help you loose weight, it just warms up your muscles. If you start without stretching when you run, you could possibly hurt yourself. I hope I helped! <3 Steph

it doesnt matter what time you work out. its just whenever. if you do it in the morning, i tend to have more energy durring the rest of the day. if i work out in the evening, i go to sleep better. idn, its just whenever you have time or whatever time you feel best. idn if stretching helps to lose weight, but make sure you do it before, after and durring your workout.

anytime is good to work out, but all stretching does is warms you up for exercise so your mucsles wont hurt when your done, but remember to stretch slowly or you can pull a mucsle.

It's best to do it in the afternoon. But there's nothing wrong with doing it in the morning,it's just that your body temperature is higher and you're more active in the afternoon. No,stretching doesn't help you lose weight. It's debatable whether stretching even helps you out at all.

xo_dream answered Wednesday August 4 2004, 5:58 pm:
Mornings are supposed to be the best time .. and late at night is the worst, because it takes your body so long to settle down that you can't sleep for a while.

Stretching in itself doesn't help you lose weight, but it's a good thing to do anyways.

stretching helps you be more fit when you do work out so you dont get tired or hurt yourself. Morning is the best time, before you start your day so you have a full day ahead of you.

You should always stretch in the morning so you feel energized for the day. You can also stretch before you go to bed. Stretching doesn't help you lose weight. It just stretches your muscles. Hope I helped!

MFS answered Wednesday August 4 2004, 5:37 pm:
stretching does not help lose weight... stretching keeps you from damaging your muscles and tendons when working out. But make sure you warm up before you stretch because stretching cold can cause more damage than not stretching at all.

There is no ideal time to work out. Essentially, it is up to you to decide when you have the most time to dedicate to working out, and how much energy you'll have available for working out. There's no sense in working out if you're asleep on your feet.
