My best friend carly and I have been friends for about ten months and she started dating this guy and now she is pregnant with his kid. Anyways, we never used to fight until she got with him and now we fight alot. She gets mad at me and stops talking to me anywhere from a few days to a few weeks. She is really important to me and I get really depressed and everything when we don't talk. I was just wondering if anyone had any advice on what to do about that. She is really important to me.

well shes pregnant and thats a huge thing..its not excuse to treat you like this...but shes going through a lot emotionally and physically..i would step up first and really extend my hand out there..let her know im there for her..im there to support her ..and all that goood stuff. buy her some chocolate..get on good terms with her and let her know how much she means to you..she really needs to hear that right now with the pregnancy and stuff

Hey everyone! I want to host a New Year's party, but I need serious help. the best way to get your parents trust is to have your cell phone with you and tell them to check up on you. before you go to hang out tell them who you will be with, where your going, when you will be home, what you will be doing...and make sure your parents knows who these people are..that would help get them to trust you

I tryd telling my parents i needed to go to a hospital and get help and they made me go to my theripist and my theripist said w.e the hospital can do they can do but they dont understand! im trying to get help and they wont listen! Well my parents don't trust me. They say they do but everything that goes wrong is blamed on me and basically 99% of the time I wasn't the one who did it. wow, your dad sounds really mean! those are BAD names and they arent names he should be calling you at all ..i dont care if hes joking. this is NOT your fault...but you cant just make your mom or dad change..its their problem they have trust issues..and your dad has other issues..(the name calling thing) keep talking to your mom..she sounds like the only one you can knock some sense into.

UPDATE: yes to answer your comment, yes it is light for the first few hours..sometime in that time period you will discover you have your period. either you will go to the bathroom and see it or you will just feel it somehow.

all of these are good indicators that your period will be arriving soon...HOWEVER:
it doesnt mean it will be here any day so dont wear a pad until it comes. it could come next week..next month..or 6 months from now! what you could do..is carry a pad with you in your purse or in your bookbag or wherever. you will be fine..you wont spurt blood all over. when you first get it its very light and it wont seep through your pants or anything.
