Well you could first try to gain their trust like do things around the house like CLEAN i know scary but that is away think of ways to help them maybe they'll let you .

the best way to get your parents trust is to have your cell phone with you and tell them to check up on you. before you go to hang out tell them who you will be with, where your going, when you will be home, what you will be doing...and make sure your parents knows who these people are..that would help get them to trust you

This would be easier to answer if you gave more details on why and where. Sometimes my parents won't let me go out with my friends if they don't trust them or something. Find out why your parents wont let you and just talk to them. See if there is a reason and just be good. Do chores and be extra nice. Don't argue with them and don't cry, or else they won't let you go. All parents are like that. But if you are good I'm sure they will let you go out.
