Ok so i got this dress like a month ago and now it's time for prom. its strapless and for prom i'm wearing my hair up. Well about a week ago my back broke out sooooo bad. I have like a terrible rash looking thing but its not a rash its zits everywhere! they are so ugly! how do i get rid of them quick? oh and my dress was like $1500 so don't tel me to take the dress back. thanks!

Try Neutrogena Acne Body Wash. It works really good but make sure you use it everyday. You can get it at Walmart or Walgreens and it's not expensive.

so this is sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo totally important so there is this girl in my class who has a crush on me and I am a girl the other girl is probablly bi but I am straight and i am not changing what soooooooo ever so i don't know what to say or to do because i can't talk to her with out her looking at me romanticly so what should I do?

I know that you're probablly freaked out about it but talk to her. Just because she's bi, doesn't make her a bad person. Tell her that you're not interested and that you're straight. If you don't want to be friends with her because of that, that's your choice but just don't treat her diffrently.

ok i have this close friend,we went to camp together last summer and we go to school together also.i remember one day at camp i was really mad at her and i sad some nasty things about her with my other campfriend behind her back.now everythings fine.. but i was just thinking about that day and i want to apologize. she doesnt know that i talked about her, but i want to be honest.
should i just not bring it up cause it will go bad?

Because it happened so long ago, I don't think that it's neccesary to bring it up again. If you really want to be honest with her, tell her the truth. It would be worse if she heard it from someone else. Tell her what you said and explain to her why you did and of course apologize.

13/f. Ok so recently when I came to my school I was friends with this girl. Let's call her A. Then I have my other best friend, let's call her B. I was walking down the hall one day and I was talking to A and noticed she wasn't paying attention to me, she was paying attention to my boobs. So then I started to look our for it a little bit more and noticed she always does. So then one day she told me that she thinks peoples' eyes are beautiful??? What is this supposed to mean??? She kind of talks to me in a flirtyyy way. So she's always asking me if I have plans (btw, she's 13/f too) and then the other day i checked my phone over the weekend. A called me OVER 30 TIMES IN JUST TWO DAYS! So then she started calling my home phone like over... 8 times the whole vacation. She calls my phone ALL THE TIME. And the thing is... I'm not really bothered by her staring at my boobs and all but i just feel uncomfortable. when i'm on the phone with her sometimes too. is she lesbian?? she's had a boyfriend before. and this is the age where girls get curious.. but what can i do??
i DON'T wanna get any answers like "tell her to stop" because it'd be too mean and WAY too embarassing!!!!

The whole boob situation is somewhat normal. Most girls check out other girls boobs because they compare themselves. Same with clothes, butts, and pretty much everything else. I could be wrong though. I can't tell you if your friend is homosexual or not and no one knows but her. I do think that it's kind of odd how she calls you so much. Maybe she's just glad that you guys are close friends? Give the friendship a little more time and see how things are going. Try talking to her. She might not take it so well, but heyy it's worth a try. Don't be afraid to say what you mean.

ok well im 15 n its so sad n embarassing but ive never had a boyfriend or done any thing with a guy. in grade 8 i used 2 hang out with other ppl but we kinda grew apart n now i have new friends. so last year (grade 9) my new friends asked how many boyfriends i had and i came clean and said none. i no that u dont like fakes but i lied and i said i had 1 before but we only went out for a week and i dont really count that as having a boyfriend. well my friends arent geeks or anything and 2 make it more embarassing for me they always have a boyfriend and theyve all had sex before. outside of skool i dont have a lot of friends and i dont go to parties because my mom is wierd like that so i cant meet guys that way. also my confidence is really bad since i think im so ugly and im not really fat but i have a bit of fat on my stomach. also i dont like attention drawn to myself so i dont dress like i want to so that people will pay attention to me. my eyebrows arent really bad but i dont get them waxed so they are a little on the bushy side. i always think that if i fix those things that guys would like me but i never do.well srry this is so long of a problem but i would really appreciate help and thanks in advance

You don't need to rush into anything. Just because you're 15 doesn't meant that you should of already had a boyfriend by now. A lot of people don't date that young anyways. Just because your friends have boyfriends and already had sex doensn't mean you should. I know that you know better than that and what they do is their decision. Try hanging out with your friends outside of school. That way you would meet more people and talk to more guys. If you find a cute guy that you're interested in, take it slow. There's no need for you to make him your boyfriend right away or to kiss him all that. Just be flirty and get to know him. Have fun with guys but just be classy about it. I'm going to be honest with you. Looks do matter but they shouldn't be worrying about it constantly. I'm sure that you're not ugly and such but if you want to look better and feel more confident, do it for YOURSELF,.. not because you want guys to like you. Get your eyebrows waxed if you really want to. Just do it because you want to feel better about yourself. Be confident with who you are and don't try to change yourself. You'll get a boyfriend and meet a right guy when you're ready. Trust me :]

Just because you guys are enemies doesn't mean you shoulnd't support her and talk to her. Put your differences aside and just let her know that if she needs someone to talk to, that you'll be there for her. Get over the fights and arguments and whatever happened between you guys and just move on. You're being a good person for trying to help her out and I'm sure that she's going to appriciate that.

I wear a pantieliner and everytime i go to throw it away there is yellow stuff in it its like an ugly yellow. i dont know how to describe it. Does anybody know what it is?

The yellow stuff is called discharge. You usually get it right before you're about to start your period. It's defenetly normal and sometimes you can also have a little after your period.

The guy obviously doensn't know what he's seeing on your face. I'm sure that you don't put tons of blush. Most guys don't even know how make up looks on girls and what it's for so don't worry about what he says. I started wearing foundation when I was in 7th grade so I think I was about 12-13 & I don't think you're too young for it. What I do think you should do is get this one foundation, .. I think it's called Loreal something minerals. I have it but I can't remember the name too good, sorry. Anyways, it won't make you look blochy or anything. It's just blends with your skin and it's not bad for it.

what is an example of 6 healthy meals i can eat a day. also, when can i eat them. usually right now i eat breakfast, then lucnh at school, then dinner around 7 oclock. i know thats really spread out, so when should i eat?

I'm no nutritionist and I don't really want to give you the wrong information but I do know about some things. 6 meals contains small porportions of food. For breakfast, you can eat cereal or a piece of fruit. Do you eat lunch at school? That's the hardest when it comes to deciding what to eat. If you don't have any healthy things at your school, bring your own lunch. Pack a sandwich, salads with low fat dressing, fruit, vegtables, anything. When you come home, you should have a snack. No cookies or chips but if you REALLY must, have one or two. Have another snack before dinner & for dinner you can eat whatever you'd like. Chicken breast with veggies. A baked potato. You don't have to eat gross things because they're "healthy". There are other recepies that you can make that are also healthy. Make sure you also exercise.


I think that you should go to this column and ask this guy about exercise, nutrition, meals and such. He knows a lot about it.

You're not being mean. They're yours and not hers. Ask her nicely. When you're talking to her, just bring it up. Say "I was wondering if you could bring my Clique books back sometime this week, please?" If you say it nicely, it's not being rude and I'm sure she'll give them back.

Most guys don't like pubic hair but you shouldn't just shave/wax for guys. If you really want to get rid of your pubes, shave it. Waxing is painful and you have to go to a profesional to do it.

okay so over the summer i lost a lot of weight because i didn't eat that much . i lost my butt and my boobs and a lot of my bones show and it looks gross. i eat fine now, but i dont know how to get back to normal and to make my boobs & butt come back. any advice? thanks ♥

There's really nothing you can do to make your boobs and butt look bigger. If you work out & eat healthy, you will gain muscle and that would put some weight on you in the right places. I'm sure you still have tons of time to grow so don't worry.
