bacne (Back acne) QUICK!

Ok so i got this dress like a month ago and now it's time for prom. its strapless and for prom i'm wearing my hair up. Well about a week ago my back broke out sooooo bad. I have like a terrible rash looking thing but its not a rash its zits everywhere! they are so ugly! how do i get rid of them quick? oh and my dress was like $1500 so don't tel me to take the dress back. thanks!

Try Neutrogena Acne Body Wash. It works really good but make sure you use it everyday. You can get it at Walmart or Walgreens and it's not expensive.
