After you get out of the shower, towel dry it. Then, get a hairdryer and make it a little bit dryer. Now, get a large curling iron, and curl from 5 inches down from the top of your hair. So, the top wont be curly, but the bottoms will. Keep going over those curls, and hairspray them.

do you think the bangs would look okay on the other side? would it be easy to change sides? it's not that big of a deal which side its on, i just usually part my hair on the left, if not center. i just want some opinions. thanks :)

It will look good, dont worry:]. It will be a nice change. I have heard that if you dont change your part often, when you get older you will lose a lot of hair in that area. It will look really good, I love it.

I'm going to be a junior this year, and i'm taking Algebra 2. My question is what kind of calculator will I need for this course? A scientific or a graphing?

Just use a scientific. You don't need a graphing calculator until you are in trig, and geometry. You can buy them pretty cheap at walmart for 10-20 dollars. I recommend Texas Instruments brand.

Oh- and when you first get the calculator, there will be a white piece of plastic that has a chart on it. It explains what every button does- and it comes in handy. Do not throw it away!

I went to H&M, and they had a lot of clothes like that. Marshalls does too. Some of Delia's clothes are fitted that same way too.

Why do moderators sometimes change the rating you give to someone? I remember this one time, I got rated lowly, and they changed it higher. I mean, yeah I was happy. However isn't it kinda their opinion. I mean if someone wants to rate someone low, because they didn't like what they said, then shouldn't they beable to? I mean, if the advice that someone was given wasn't good, and the person did not find it helpful, then, shouldnt they be able to rate it lower? Shouldn't the person who asked the question, get to choose?

I mean I understand, if the person who asked the question rated everyone a one, because it wasn't what they wanted to hear, then yeah, I understand. But, what if, the person took a point off for misspell something incorrectly and didn't use proper english. What if they were rude? And took a point or whatever off?

The moderators shouldn't beable to make anything higher or lower. Inless, the person seriously deserves it. The moderators should also ask the person why they rated so low, or something like that. Before changing the rating without asking.

Am I missing something? Is there some other reason why they should beable to change it?

Hello:]. A lot of ratings are given unfairly. There was recently one where someone asked for a list of good bands, and a person replied with a pretty big list. The person recieved a 1 because the question asker did not like one of the bands on the list. If people put time in their answers, and get rated a 1, or a 2- it is usually just bumped up to a 3, or a 2 if it was a 1.
If they are rude, file an abuse report. Chances are, if I see an unfair rating, I am already filing:]. Proper English and Grammar should be used. It shows that you put time and effort into them. Moderators are here to make sure everyone is treated fairly, and no one is being abusive. Moderators do not change ratings lower. They only make them higher, because it would be mean to say "Hey , you got a 4, well I think it deserves a 2", and dissapoint the user. If someone says something that the person does not want to hear , but they HAVE to hear it- and they get a 1, then the rating is usually changed. It doesnt matter what they want to hear, it is our job to put some people in their places:].

i need to get a new straightener. does anybody know of a good straightener that i can get for around $40.. or less at sally beauty supply? even at walmart. i want one that works really good. price & name would be great. i know that chi's work really good, but they're too pricey & i have to spend my own money i don't really wanna spend that much. thanks!

I like the Remington Wet2Straight ones. They will be around 15-20 dollars. They work really well too.

ok..so if you straighten your hair like evreyday..or almost everyday..will your hair be like gross and damaged? and if it does happen how long does it take? because i straightened my hair for a whole semester like everday! and this week i straightened it everyday! so what happens?

It will have a lot of damage. Try products that protect from the high temperatures of straightening and blowdrying. Your hair will still have damage, but not as much.

I'm engaged, to be married next year. My fiancee and I are completely in love, I just would really love to suprise her one day & show her how much she means to me. Not for an occasion, just for love. Is there any place where I can order custom design paper punches (those things that punched out different shapes you used at craft time as a kid). I googled it and cannot find a single place that does it. Is it just not possible?

I dno not think you can. You CAN go to a craft store, like A.C. Moore's,and they have a lot of different shapes, and letters you can buy. They will be probably 3-6 dollars. Hope I helped, and Good Luck!

I have blonde hair and eyes that change from anywhere from light blue to dark blue to green to grey.
I am not pale, I am lightly tanned, but I will be getting very tan when I go to hawaii and the bahamas this summer.

what is disneyland and disneyworld? is the true disney in florida?

Those are the best places ever. The Disney Land is in California, and DisneyWorld is in Orlando, Florida. They are huge amusement parks, with rides, places to eat, things to do, and characters(mickey mouse, etc.) to meet. Yes, the true disneyworld is in Florida, and is amazing.

okay, so ..I'm going to a conference thing in Washington D.C (on which my parents spent a lot of money on) and we have to take clothes and stuff, because it will be a 10 day trip (we're staying at a university). Okay...not only are we going to meet new people and all, but we also were told that we need to bring a laptop to do homework and to write research papers (or type, haha). Okay...and so...I have a problem. I have two laptops. One is a mac book (like 3 months old...the white one) and one is a Compaq Presario..(about 3 years old). Both are in good condition but the Presario is a bit worn out and dirty...with two keys missing. But I don't know if I can trust myself enough to bring the mac. Which one should I bring? O_O

I would bring the older one. If those keys dont work, just google something online, and copy and paste those two letters. Better safe than sorry. Bring the Compaq- just in case something DOES happen.
